Can corneal ablation be done after 6-7 years of C3R to improve shape of cornea?
yes if KC is stable after after c3R, BUT most studies have already proven that doing TPRK / PRK ablation and C3R in same sitting works best.
Is c3r reapeted or not
C3R is not repeated usually as it leads to corneal haze, also if the procedure has failed then there is a hight chance it might not work again.
I got C3R In 2022, but the vision is continuously decresing ,in such case what should be done.
Get serial corneal topography done to see the cause of decreasing vision
