Ok, so he claims that he was defrauded by Haas but won't pursue legal action because he "wants to look forward"..... Sorry, but if I'd lost millions & had my Company's name dragged through the mud I'd want to get what i'm owed & clear the Company name. Just too suspicious

He says they were courting McLaren. I am Assuming this would be prior to the Haas deal because McLaren has been sponsored by Coca Cola since 2018.
However Rich Energy sponsorship was announced on Haas website on Oct 25 2018. The McLaren/CocaCola partnership was announced October 18 2018.
I find it hard to believe that McLaren would even be entertaining rich energy when they had Coke on the precipice of signing. Then that’s the fact that most likely the Coke deal was signed far before its announcement date, because I can’t see Coke doing any sort of sponsorship last minute

It's a good point, you would definitely think they would veto that deal

This is so risky from you mate. I recommend you delete this video because i know a lot of PR people who would black list for such interviews.

It's a man speaking his side of the story, people don't need to believe it. Which PR people would blacklist this?

He has the right to state his point of view on the matter regardless if people agree or not. F1 is the piranha club. With what's going on with Red Bull at the moment, story like this although not proven wouldn't be the wildest thing that has happened in F1 history.
