I grew up deer hunting in the area.... We camp in honobia, oklahoma and talihina is the closest store to camp. Lol I've bought lots of crown royal from the town of talihina lol KOL r kick ass!
i think the guy playing the guitar from 0:15 - 1:08 makes this video, i always watch this clip to hear that little riff hes playing, such a nice little chilled out solo hes playing there , you can see where kings of leon must get talent and some inspiration from...wish i was at that bbq and that bar makes me wnna visit america soooo badly
This is most likely in Oklahoma, not Tennessee. But rural East Oklahoma and rural West Tennessee are pretty similar culturally. Lots of good old country people.
it's not? i mean i live in a fairly big city (compared to the surrounding areas in my state in a 100 mile distance) but right outside of the city limits there are places and people just like this. I mean sure, not everyone in the South enjoys family bbq's with games and music and crawfish (OH man, i love me some crawfish)... but they're just the ones missing out! :D I'll miss this when I move next month.
