    Ryan..
You are quite the engine designer...
    Good job on Solid Works..?
I think a twin would be cool...
Not sure about 40 hp out of 100 cc....
I can't wait to sell something....and switch to motorized bike...
I hope to race my pile some day....
Nice that Browning ? steel sheave for the bike pedal
I love the laminate on your shop floor..
Not the boring concrete grey painted floor...
I admire your tenacity and commitment to completing things and having a successful business...
    I will buy some goodies....
I will first play a little with the cheap 66 cc ...
    Be careful out there...
Use good brakes...thank god you have beefy hubs and bearings....and the sense to know your limitations...

LOL good luck with that! Be neat to see but a death sentence. On my Channel, Already did first side by side ms 460 build... was overkill and would get you killed. I have built 120cc Ms660 56mm magnum builds and MS872 Engines that will twist frames like pretzel! Even a 54mm Strokers off old ATV jug. Ripped spokes out of moped rims. 139cc/cvt 2 stroke build, i I had to cut a Felt faker Custom tig weld all new parts into it to handle forces of it. Just saying people it's a bicycle not motorcycle......... Be safe. I'll be riding my harley if i want to go over 35mph....

I've always wanted a stronger steel felt faker style frame, with a rear suspension. (& gas tank in frame) To were you can add any type of rear mtn bike shocks you want from cheapest to high end. With rear disc mount tabs and also able to mount rim/caliper style brake pads. With room in frame for a 2 or 4 stroke engine. so you could do a Phatmoto style build. IF using fast engine, for more stopping power. You could use f&r disc + f&r caliper brakes connected to 2 (L&R hand) dual pull brake levers. When you squeeze both levers. You have perimeter/rim braking and disc/hub braking at the same time for major stopping power.
Also had an idea for a combination chain tensioner/ generator dynamo for lights & battery charging. The chain spins the chain tensioner connected to generator. Instead of a wheel hub mount type or that rubs/spins on tire. A full suspension ebike or motorized bicycle rides WAY better than a hard tail. Even with cheap shocks.

If someone built stronger steel full suspension motorized bicycle frames like I mentioned below. I think they could sell a ton. Plus being steel, it's not only stronger but easily weldable. If you need to weld on a bracket or fix cracked frame.

Will the felt faker handle this being aluminum 80hp is awesome but will the frame take that abuse being aluminum is the question.
