  • I sit down with Jeff Willmore who has led transformational programs for over 23 years to over 80,000 people all over the world. He's worked with Olympic and professional athletes, Navy Seal and Special Forces members, top executives from all fields, Oscar winning actors, Grammy Award winning musicians - he's trained with the best and worked with the best! He owes much of his development, abilities and skills to the extensive training and development he got in transformational methodologies at Landmark Worldwide - very likely the top, personal transformational coaching faculty in the world.
He was lucky enough to be born into a life where he was destined to live a life where he had a fair amount of success and achievement (close family, college degree, successful entrepreneur and getting “more” successful, etc.) and yet he fell into the trap that the “Time = Money” worldview and illusion creates for all of us: he worked too much, he didn’t take time for his family and friends (and other values that were important to him), and seemed to spend a lot of his energy and life fighting to overcome his own limitations (the belief that I’m not a ‘people’ person, self-doubt, I don’t need anyone, a deep fear of speaking in front of people, wanting to be liked, and so on). He realized how much he sacrificed in order to have “success.”
In his own transformative process and journey, he discovered for himself great achievement and accomplishment and how to help others attain it as well. Not just in one area - but in a life. He knows how to teach and coach others to accomplish their professional dreams, their vision, their business goals while at the same time really living - travel, building wealth, family-time, taking care of your health, and living a life of contribution.
He helps extraordinary people who are already performers or top performers leap to the next level and fulfill their vision by learning to see themselves, the marketplace and the world differently. They learn to act as a leader in the marketplace and in their life.
He has worked on the principles behind The Entrepreneurship, Accomplishment & Autonomy Course for the last 10 years. He designed the course using the latest research in cognitive science (How do we know what we know? How do we learn?), behavioral economics and biology. The unique structure and methodology deliberately steps away from the “tips and techniques” kind of education that betrays top performance and adulthood and instead, allows you to embody the advanced knowledge of a market leader and allows you to design leading edge practices based on your own original thinking.

This is so refreshing. I have been attending Landmark for over 30 years , doing different courses at different times. Would love to see more interviews that are positive regarding the work, instead of the constant stream of people telling others it is a cult. The difference in my life is profound and every so often I go back to do another seminar to exercise my brain again. Thank you.

I did the Forum in like 2000 or 2001? It was an amazing experience. I did the Advanced Course and a few seminars. I think of revisiting it from time to time as well. I went with my now ex-boyfriend and when I'm going through some challenges, I'll call him up for some "coaching." It's some powerful, positive stuff.

It's rare to hear from Forum Leaders outside of Landmark. I did the Forum in Australia in 2015. Seems like a cool guy! The forum changed my life for the better in my 20s

Awesome video! Jeff was my forum leader 6 years ago.
I created out of nothing (no background) a new career of traveling the world to build large renewable power plants and infra while in his forum. This year I’m signing 200m of just that. Doing the forum opened a new world for me. I’m still involved and grateful of that community.

Wow! Thank you so much for this amazing video! I did EST and Forum many years ago. I've been out of touch for 20 years, decided to do a seminar and review Forum. My seminar starts in two days, but apparently the whole process started early...like NOW - ...as I was treated to this magical & uplifting video. Bless you!

What a great conversation to come across! You are a great interviewer. And wow Jeff was my regional Forum leader when I was in the Seminar leader program. Great to see him and hear what he is up to. Very inspired his company and their mission. Filling an important niche in the world. Thank you for your podcast. Look forward to more and for sure checking out Jeff's program.

This was a fantastic interview, Eric, thank you! I did my Forum 6 months ago and my mind is still blown as to what I got and who I was before and after. Watching Jeff is invigorating.

Just got spiritually abused out of 1200$ after a landmark session. Pitted my wife against me, questioned my morality for having hesitation for wanting to commit, proceeded to ask what childhood trauma I had when I was 3 that was preventing me from committing. wife apologized to me after we had time to reflect, as she praised my wife’s behavior as morally good for wanting to commit. I could see my wife was getting anxious and agitated with my resistance for wanting to commit on the scene, so to hold the peace I agreed to sign up. Strange thing man… strange strange thing.
Said I felt pressured, the staff stated “do you hear yourself right now? You know you’re hurting everyone here saying you are being pressured right now” proceeded to say “what happened when you were three years old that is holding you back in life right now? What trauma when you were three is holding you back?” Literally the first time I’ve talked to this lady, all the red tail signs of spiritual abuse. Freaking weird bro

Some of the staff need a lot more work themselves unfortunately. Its a big turn off that Landmark never seems to address. Completely inauthentic. I loved my courses with Landmark but that is one of the stupidest ideas for recruiting and helping people see the benefits.

Hello All, I’m late to the party. Better late than never!! Question, I’m super curious about how everyone makes up their own truth about situations or people or whatever. I get that and can absolutely see that that’s what happens. But what is the point Landmark is making? What is their teaching regarding this? Anyone have thoughts??? Please share 😁👍😁. Thanks everyone!!!!

I am really confused. The truth what we know already is been told us the other way and make money. Why?
