A lot of ataxia patients have ED and urinary issues, it happens with aging. Does not mean they have MSA-C even though there is a lot of literature on the subject. I wish doctors quit jumping to conclusions on first impressions and some order a worthless Datscan. Idiopathic= you don't know why! Maybe in the future. You're working in the wrong century!
"15 doctors really know ataxia in the "U.S." though there are hundreds of neurologists. No wonder I can't get help or a diagnosis. PT are even worse!
