This was adorable on every level. They were both from the Stock, Aitkin and Waterman stable at the start of their careers, the songs were all very similar and followed a certain formula, you could blend any of them easily. I love that they can still embrace that and have fun with it. Real people. ❤❤❤
This is iconic because in the 80’s both Kylie and Rick were part of the PWL crowd, and it was rumoured Rick sung ISBSL and it was sped up and lip synced by Kylie. It may be 30 years later, but it was a middle finger to the haters.
They've known their audience since 1987, not 1997 🙂 August 1987: Rick Astley released "Never Gonna Give You Up", Kylie was still in Australia having her first hit with her first version of "The Loco-motion. January 1988: Kylie released "I Should Be So Lucky". So they may have met at the PWL studios in London in 1988 when Rick recorded some more stuff there.
I was there at this and I was in tears :) was in tears :). Was my childhood all wrapped up in a bow , Kylie is a goddess and just seeing her joy and her light shine is amazing !! They created such a moment with this . So great to see you reacting to Kylie again thank you so much xxx
I was there at that gig. Lovely little moment as was the appearance of Jason Donovan when she did Especially For You. Loved your reaction when he took to the stage and that huge smile and swell of emotion. Gets me every time.
I was there at this and Kylie gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek at the executive lounge at the hotel. Thought I had died and went to haven. PancakeMarshmallow Dude keep Smiling!😃
Well, Kylie started in January 1988 there! When Rick released "Never Gonna Give You Up" Kylie was still in Australia having her first hit with her first version of "The Loco-motion". They can only have met in 1988 after "I Should Be So Lucky" 😉
They are so good together. Loved this! So much fun to watch Kylie and Rick. She seems so nice. Rick is always charming. Thank you Bryson for such a wonderful video.👏🏻💕
The crowd roar when Rick comes on (@2:19)... chills.

Did you watch her I Should Be So Lucky Music Videos
Kylie and Rick were PWL contemporaries and as has been mentioned there was an urban myth in the 80s that Rick was singing on Kylie's songs.
Can you post these videos as audio only on audea? I would really appreciate just the audio. love your stuff btw, keep pushing out content!
Are you no longer reacting to Kylie videos?
