Ok so.... don't tell me you've never heard this song or never been rick-rolled??? 🤪 Seriously, this song was the ish back in the day (at least for us young teens!!) and I don't care what anyone says.... it's a GOOD SONG!!! 😡🤣🤣 Side note: That was no Robert Plant or David Lee Roth swag you were giving us but.... I'd almost pay to see those moves again!! 😉😁😎
Rick was 21 when this came out in 1987. It was his first song, he had 8 top ten hits in the next 5 years. He became disenchanted with the music business and retired at 27. He has started gigging again and has released several albums in the past 5 years. His first new one, 50, premiered in the UK at number one. I prefer his newer songs, he looks more like his voice. One of his latest is “Try” ua-cam.com/video/0Aud6ROCkKI/v-deo.html
Released July 27, 1987, my 29th yr birthday/: My Xwife lied to me so I had to give her up; now 30yrs later with my new wife I will never give her up/: 👍😁👍
He was considered a heart throb during his 15 minutes if fame. Several of my friends were crushing on him at the time. I have a cousin that looks a lot like him lol!
Haha yeah, it was totally a thing. Somebody would send you a link to an allegedly HOT TAKE, and it would be a clip from the chorus of this song. You’ve been rickrolled!
Yep it was called " Rick Rolled " every message you clicked on played this song lol !! He's a really nice guy and still performing today in the UK ❤️
Was? I'm pretty sure it slowed down but is not dead

@gigi v "15 minutes of fame" is just an expression. You're taking this much too seriously.
Don’t know if you’ve reacted to “Home Free” yet, but they do an excellent cover of this video & song!

Hey Biz, it's all you could do to keep from cracking up at the end of this, wasn't it.

If you like Home Free, you would like their cover of this song that came out on April 1st (April Fool's Day).
Pretty sure it was the image of this skinny little white kid with a voice like that and those "dance" moves. 🤣
lol
Ummm Nope
The worst of the 80's. ugh.
