Just imagine if there was a full length cyber story that was a cross between s10s World Enough and Spare Parts. Make Doctor Who go back to the late adult time slot like the capaldi years and the BBC will be allowed to finally get away with it
in my opinion Spare Parts and WEAT can coexist because they did say that wherever humanity happens so do the cybermen - spare parts could have happened before the separate colony ship from mondas started to convert. I think both stories are fantastic cyberman stories though!
Thank you! Ahh, yes. There is only one video. This one contans scenes from Part 3 of Spare Parts. If it's a success, I'll make more scene recreations from Parts 1, 2 and 4. :p
@@LightLife4 really? That's rather interesting. I meant in terms of the acting itself, I'm not sure that the cybermen could be pulled off well and the story would surely lose a lot if its harrowing charm. Not sure if the daughter would even be included.
@@_valstrax_8748 I think you could streamline it a bit. The Doctor’s efforts to expose the Committee’s corruption, while thematic, are a bit repetitive. I just started listening to these Big Finish Doctor Who audiobooks and they were mostly great "Spare Parts" was particularly good but I feel that Peter Davison was a bit lackluster with his performances the biggest surprise for me was Colin Baker as his performances have been amazing so far, I really am seeing him in a new light in these audiobooks he easily outshined both Peter Davison and Sylvester McCoy in the Sirens of Time.
Colin's Big Finish stuff really is stellar - he's one of my favourite Doctors and has been since I was a kid. I think Davison and McCoy, while both good, don't benefit as visibly from the BF material as Baker and McGann, with Davison in particular sometimes seeming to just get whisked along by the other (much more extroverted) characters. Nice to know you're enjoying his BF stuff as well! Thanks for your comment.
@@SeaDevilLagoon I think he was still pretty sour being the 2nd actor playing the Doctor to ever be fired next to William Hartnell that is a very small club everyone else got to leave on their own accord. So far he has proven to be amazing in audio form and I have enjoyed his performance.

Spare Parts is basically Genesis of the Cybermen. It's absolutely brilliant as well!
If you haven't got Spare Parts - I recommend you get it - it's bloody brilliant!!

As far as my impressions go, the cybermen recruits and Cyber-Commander Zhang are the top best I can do.

If Spare Parts where to become a televised serial I wonder how they'd pull these scenes off.
