    I am having a hypertension for last 25 years. Iam taking a tablet every day.Can I do the chandrabhedan pranayam as per your instructions ? Should I get benefit from it? My present age is 66 years.I was industrial employee previously. Now I am doing my own farming.

    Madam good morning 🌅 Maine abhi aapka vdo dekha aur saath me practice bhi ki. Lekin maine aaj tak jo bhi vdo dekhe ya books me padha, to jis nose se sans lete hai, usise chodate hai, charda, ya Surya bhedan me. Baki to aapka vdo aur batane ka tarika bohot achcha laga.     Aapko thnx mam aap bahut hi achha Jankari logon ko de rahi hain. JISSe use kr savi laav utha rahe hain...Aap issi tarah logon ko gyan dete raho taaki logon ka bhala ho sake..

    Hi , Your demonstration is superb . The concept of timings, that is for releasing the breath through the right nostril is to be given just double the time for the breath inhaled through the left nostril.
    This will surely bring your BP down, for which we take countless medications. Yoga ,we have inherited from our rishis of yore is a wonderful legacy for which owe huge debt of gratitude to them.
