This is what happens when you don't know what you are getting into, water cooling for Ryzen 5? People have tested Threadripper with Noctua DH15 succesfully. Even I am building 7700X with Deepcool AG620.
For CPU that guy didn't want to spend more but he spent too much on the case, he wants future upgradability but bought 750w PSU?
He spent all his money on the looks and not of performance.

Was able to squeeze 4070ti under this price range
Should have opted for atleast 4070super series
People should not add 4 ram sticks to non hedt boards. It just doesnt make sense without quad channel.

If you're saving. Aim for 4070 or above rather than 4060 ti 16 gb.

7. SSD: XPG Gammix S70 Blade 1TB
8. Cabinet: Phanteks XT View Black
I think he misqouted Asrock motherboard. It must be around 19,000 because 15,500 me B650m variant aata hai. zameen asman ka difference hai. May be chuna lag jaye in shop, agar aadmi ko na pata ho difference between ATX and M- ATX mobo. And definitely this build don't make any sense. Karni and Kathani me bhut farak hai....
Also that PSU is C rated in cultlist. So No to that aswell.....
