Ingredients:
Beef mince meat with fat - 500gr
Garlic powder- 1 tsp
Onion powder- 1 tsp
Gimger powder- 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Red pepper paste- 1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar - 1tbsp

No I don´t cook or smoke the polony, just put in the freezer and after a few hour I slice the polony and fry them!
