***Ingredients:
• 200g chives
• A little oyster mushrooms
• A little dried shrimp
• 3 eggs
• 200g flour
• Salt, cooking oil
***Directions:
Wash the chives, remove moisture, and chop them finely. Pour cooking oil to form an oil film on the chives.
Soak the oyster mushrooms, chop them finely, and add them to the chives along with the dried shrimp.
Add hot water to the flour, knead, and let rest for 10 minutes.
Take out the dough, divide it into small pieces, and roll them thinly to make dumpling skins. Place the chives, egg, and oyster mushroom mixture in the center of the dumpling wrapper and fold the edges to secure.
Oil the pan and cook the dumplings for 2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
