      Valence electron -na last shell la irukura total no of electrons.
      Eg:
      1s2,2s2,2p5
      Ithuku valence electron 7.

      When we say it as a molecule ,it means two atoms are combined which means di-atomic.We are drawing the MO diagram for homonuclear diatomic molecules .

      @@ravisangar4432 Molecule is the combination of two or more atoms.
      If the molecule is made up of two atoms, then the molecule is said to be diatomic molecule.
      If it is made up of three atoms, then the molecule is said to be triatomic molecule.
