I'm Italian & I can also speak Filipino (tagalog), however English is suppose to be the language in Philippines, not Filipino, all official receipts, legal documents, the medium of instruction in PH schools & the PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION are all in English language, ironically most Filipinos are far from being fluent at it

That is not kinda surprising... some of the arabian, pakistan, and indian in saudi arabia knows how to speak in tagalog since most of the Filipino's working abroad are there, and may be 1/4 of the Filipinos populations or workers are the other side of the country? So, they could adopt our language as well as we did too.

Actually, para sakin - complicated ang Tagalog... that's why I'm impressed to hear foreign people speak our language fluently. :)
