LETS GO!!!
Well, now I know why the Sam Raimi trilogy is so successful, he had the best vision of a Spider-Man than any other director.
It all comes down to the director, and Raimi is pretty blatantly superior to the two that followed him.
Yes!!
Wow this Sam Raimi guy seem like he knows what he's doing! Hope the movie's gonna be good!
Can't wait for May 2002 when it FINALLY releases!
@@NathanDrakeTheGreat 🤔🤔😂😂😂👏👏
It was released in 2002. It was, indeed, good. You should check it out. They also made two sequels
what do you mean it already came out? cant wait for this next year
@@CulturedBear ironic cause your the one that missed the joke pal
I love what Tobey is saying at 6:10
the fact that it is referenced as "Sam Raimi's new Spider-Man movie" makes it feels ancient
Organic web shooters was a great decision
If only we had directors like Sam making Spidey movies these days ahhhh so many memories !
Tobey was in good shape at this time
Impressive, your parents must be very proud!
I live with my aunt and uncle. They are proud.

Raimi the GOAT
That last question bit is HILARIOUS. What an amazing piece of Raimi Spider-Man history.
Definitely 😂🤣
Everyone is laughing at 7:40 but I think it’s a great question and he seemed to know enough to clarify some examples. I felt bad for him but his ideas proved good in the end.
One of the great aspects incorporated into TASM was taking more animalistic inspiration from spiders (the poses, using web to track sound in the sewer, the way he crawled and webbed up Lizard).
I can only imagine how nervous it must be for a director to announce they're not going to include web-shooters and the fans soon raging after you lol.
Eloquent and deep words coming from Tobey 👏 👏 well said
Sam Raimi is a great guy
@Joey Style Awesome! I met Kirsten Dunst at the Spider-man 3 premiere, very briefly, and I forgot my name and all my personal info, she´s a doll!
And now we have No Way Home
Only if these guys knew that they were setting up something great 20 years into the future
That just gave me CHILLS...
This is unlimited, I’m glad you made a channel bro 🔥
tobey looking cut in this interview gat damn
Tobey should’ve kept this size all three movies. Nonetheless the BEST spiderman.
6:18 That's a great mindset Tobey, a really good one ❤️❤️❤️

I'm pretty sure that Sam Raimi did a great job, I hope we have a sequel and Tobey maguire will be iconic as spiderman.
Outstanding
4:06 Why Spiderman has organic webs
05:58 Try calling him bully Maguire now you internet savages!
Tobey Maguire is my favorite spider-man
MY GOD THE LAST QUESTION AND RAIMI MOVEMENTS CAN'T MAKE THAT SHIT UP
I wonder when we’ll see Spider-Man use that Bowler Spider technique.
very cool!!!
Goated cast
What a vid!

Tobey really was cut for the first role but holy shit in 3 is he one hamburger away from fat
He looked muscular in 2 as well. When he’s about to go to MJ’s play.
@@FernandoNoki i heard he was initially shelved from doing the 3rd installment and it pissed him off. but when it was decided that he got back to do it, he didn't work out(gym) anymore since he already secured the role.
It's a Great Show
y'know i'm a lifelong fan of this movie and it never once occurred to me that mj was wearing a wig the whole time
MJ WAS WEARING A WIG IN THE WHOLE MOVIE?
I thought she dyed her hair
@@thegoner if the movie started filming a few months after this it'd be impossible for her hair to get so long. and she has the same hairdo at the premiere so it was probably a wig, then dyed in the other movies (which is a noticeably different hairstyle than in 1)
I’m getting sick of people always bashing Superman. People always say that he’s so fictional that he doesn’t have human emotion and he cannot relate to humans in general.
Superman struggles with everything humans struggle with. If not more since he’s vastly different. He’s just trying his best to fit in with humanity.
He certainly more human than Batman will ever be...
I agree my friend!
To a point, yeah, but Superman represents the perfect, idolistic symbol of hope - the American dream. He is rarely shown worrying about paying bills, putting food on the table, balancing his work/social life with saving others, etc. Peter Parker/Spider-Man is shown to have all the same problems we normal humans have, and therefore he's more relatable.
It's all relative to a degree, but it all comes down to which aspects of the characters the writers choose to portray, and more often than not Superman is written in a way that's far less relatable than Spider-Man.
@@nectarinedreams7208Clark Kent is the embodiment of all that is human. A god is raised as a small town dork with a huge affinity for the earth and its people. A refugee from an alien world raised by a loving couple who knew he could level a house as a baby and understood the importance that he turned out well. You compare Peter Parker and Clark Kent, then you fundamentally misunderstood both of those characters. Both are wonderful characters we can all learn from in life.
Sam raimi is genius
Nobel Prize RSMVA!
Was this spiderman conference interview done before or after the shooting of the first movie?
