Just saw the Knobs in Gainesville, and y’all sounded great! For so long in my younger years, I thought you needed 100 watt heads and 4x12 cabs for anything, but am glad to have matured from that. Your and Mike’s rigs are what True Tone is about, and I can’t hear enough of it.
Great Rig Rundown Jason! I caught you with the Dirty Knobs just this week at Trees in Dallas!! It was an amazing show and after hearing you play the tasty tasty Ebow solo on Southern Accent I had to break out my ebow and have been playing around with it for the past 3 days! lol FWY - I recorded that number if you want to check it out on my youtube page. Man, you have great tone and feel! I can totally see/hear where you and Mike influenced each other! I'm getting there with my old Fender amps as well. Thanks again!!
Thats to cool👍 the idea of the 2 amps is wonderful."if i get it right".so you can seamlessly rock from low volumes clean to crunch and when you hit the boost and distortion stuff the big amp hits its saturation and you can run this planet with your tele..🤟
Thanks for the video, Jason! Loving the rig, simple but effective! Great selection of pedals too. I concur on the Red LLama/Tweed combination, it's like they are made for each other. So you are not using the Green side of the Camel Toe? Do you find the Princeton Reverb can be overpowering the Tweed, especially when you are using a boost?? I thought that's why Mike C. is using the non-reverb Princeton at times?
Hey Jason! I'm a French journalist and I've just done an interview with Mike to promote Wreckless Abandon and I'd love to interview you too! Tell me how I can reach you :)
SMALL AMPS ARE THE BESTTTTTTTT! SOMETIMES I LAUGH, BC I SEE SOME GUYS TRYING TO GET OLD BLUES TONES, WITH 100 WATT ARENA AMPS. NEVER MADE SENSE TO ME...

Damn Mate!! Y’all got it!! Nuff said.
Kool. Kool stuff. And very kool playing on the Knobs-record.
Thank you so much, Jason. Great tone, useful advices )

Thanks Emiel, I do use the Green side a lot actually. I do think the Princeton does overpower the tweed at times, but I like that.
Yes , the non verb Princeton is like a baby twin . Awesome
Pedal boi
I NEVER HEARD THIS GUY PLAY A BAD NOTE OR GET A BAD SOUND OUT OF ANY GUITAR, GREAT DYNAMICS GREAT PLAYER, VERY DIFFERENT..
Jason, are your pedals in the amp effect loops at all? I have a Princeton Reverb, newer than yours, and I prefer some pedals in the effects loop.
NO effects loop for me. With my rig I just don't find it necessary. But I have used effects loops in Amps and there is an upside for sure,
I think I am caught in the eye of the Pedal Czar
Hey Jason. Do you know what speaker is in your Princeton?
Hi Jason ! how do you split the signals to the amps?
thanks and regards !
What method do you use to split the signal into 2 amps?
Did you find out at all? Maybe it’s stereo out of the Nova delay
