I saw one of your videos a while back that you were "un-decking" two semis, but they had a bunch of 2X4 or 4X6 cribbing on the fifth wheel. What is the reason for the wood cribbing if the little fifth wheel clamps will work? Thanks for an interesting video.
Depending on the type of truck being decked some times cribbing is used to keep the 5th wheel in a certain position. Also some guys use it to keep the trucks from leaning side to side when cornering ect.
Nicely done! Don't think I'd like that road trip to Honduras hauling those decked trucks. Interesting job!
