If my husband said that he wouldn't change our daughter cause he didn't think it was OK to look at her little lady bits, that would strike me as a red flag. Thats not how any dad I've ever known feels. Unless they're feeling guilty.

Na, it’s common for older People and if he was raised that way that was just ingrained in his brain. I feel like he’s young enough to know better but he seems like a piece of shit dude anyway so it doesn’t really matter. It doesn’t necessarily mean he’s guilty. I’ve known a couple of people who didn’t feel comfortable changing their daughters because they were female and I thought it was weird but I didn’t ever think that it was any type of evidence or I was never accusatory of them of molesting their daughter
As a father to a girl, I agree. I had concerns about my ex’s boyfriend, but she would say he’s not allowed to be alone with her, and weird stuff like that. Needless to say, he’s in jail facing life, and I have full custody now cause I was right and the ex and her family covered it up. Josh seems super guilty. I Was surprised that he passed, but idk if I believe the test.
Any time my sons have had an issue with a private area I have had my boyfriend (their dad) there when checking. I was abused by several people growing up so I am very over protective. But so it isn't always a case of there being a red flag, sometimes it is to avoid any accusations.
I'm with you I only ever had to change my daughter a few times because the gf was always there but if you're like this guy ide keep all kids away from him
What really bothers me is if someone is falsely accused of something this sinister and evil, even once their name is cleared there will always be someone who still thinks it's true in the back of their mind.
Even once a fire is put out there is still damage from the smoke and flames 😔

80% of communication is body language and we are better at spotting liars than we think. I got a suss vibe from Josh immediately, he is acting shifty as hell, his face is all timid and guilty, his shoulders are hunched, he’s holding his own wrist as a self comfort, his eyes as you say are darting about, and he’s FAR TOO CALM for the horrific subject matter being discussed.
Floyd meanwhile is FURIOUS. He shows genuine emotion, he’s clearly not giving a shit about how he looks to the crowd because such a thing is small compared to the moral injustice enraging him.
When emotional pressure is amped up, it’s easier to tell who is lying and who is truthful because imitating genuine, intense emotions is harder than liars think

There are plenty of reasons-just no good ones. 😔 Most of the time, it’s either to throw suspicion off oneself (as in this case) or to get revenge. They don’t care about the consequences.

@@grandmastermario3695 it could be a series of anything. A certain medication he takes, a health condition, drugs, etc. they’ve explained it on the show so many times because the people on stage don’t know what inconclusive means. They couldn’t get a result because of one of those reasons.

Could be a result of anything as polygraphs are known to be unreliable, he could’ve just been really uncomfortable at that last question and the test was inconclusive as a result of that, inconclusive doesn’t mean guilty or innocent, and given the results of the other questions, there’s no reason to really suspect he wasn’t innocent for the last one.

Well inconclusive doesn’t mean guilty or innocent, it means there wasn’t an absolute result.
Could be from bad readings, could be because he was so close to being innocent or guilty that the line wasn’t discernible, he could have some medical condition that wasn’t disclosed ahead of time that may have affected the readings etc.

In fact when your in the military and you climb the ranks you're given a lie detector test to determine if you can be trusted with sensitive classified information. When lie detector test is put forward in court the jury never reads nor sees the results, just the Judge and DA does, it helps them determine what motions to file and which ones to exclude. Lie Detectors are 99.9% accurate.

Inconclusive means they couldn’t get an answer because of health reasons, medications they’re on, drugs, etc. it doesn’t mean the wrong questions were asked. I’m not saying he didn’t do it, but I’m saying the test results were inconclusive for a reason. Lie detector tests picks up when you’re trying to use tactics to pass. He clearly didn’t use any because it would’ve been mentioned like it always is.
