One in favour of a guilty person [saying she is innocent] when she was found guilty later [of murder], another where he said she was guilty but was found innocent. He also 'apparently' did a client of his over for $ Millions. So, he is a slippery eel for sure, but we don't know if he actually deliberately falsified the results or if he just isn't good enough. He did deserve the sack overall though imo.
I respect the older cousins self-restraint even after finding out they both lied to her. She deserves better.

here’s my issue with ur comment. unless i’m the one that’s confused by this whole story. (and yes i’m a year late lmao): Sp initially the lie detector states that the guy lied about having no consensual sex with the girl. But he told the truth about the other question. Dan came out and explained that the girl must’ve said no at first, and then consented. But since she had a fiancé, she came out and said no there was no consent given. So therefore the lie detector paints the guy as a rapist. But the actual truth is that she allowed it, but later switched up her story. Hopefully i’m not reading it wrong, but i don’t think the guy lied to the older cousin. It was just a very confusing story in which the other girl didn’t give all the correct details, which left the guy painted as a criminal

It has been a year so I'm sure my memory ain't that strong but to me, the whole thing was just an affair that got way bigger than it needed to be. It could be that the mind has a memory of something happening, but isn't sure as to what it was. Or she was drunk, or her mind just left and body stayed, kinda like fight or flight. As someone who's dealt with traumatic things like molestation and abuse, you don't forget those things. I don't care how forgetful you are. I'm one of the most forgetful people I know and those traumatic events that happened to me are not things that I can forget

I've lost memories of some traumatic events that happened to me. But. at leadt for me, it's more like I blacked out/dissociated and then I woke up. I'm glad we live in an age where we have recording technology because it's usefull to listen to a recording try to catch little things like that that could reveal alot of evidence just from the way someone talks. It's not as easy to decipher a lie in the moment cuz then you are too preoccupied by just talking to the person you don't have as much time to analyze if it's a lie or not.

As a victim of sexual abuse myself some people don’t realize that it’s really hard to tell people what happened it happened to me for a year straight and I would go to my moms house and I could’ve told her but I didn’t. It’s REALLY hard to tell people especially when they’ve been the ones to abuse you in the past maybe not sexually abuse you but abandon you or let you be around people who would do that to you, or if the person who raped/molested you manipulated you into thinking it was your fault.

It happened to me twice. The first time he made me feel really small because I was drunk and consented once. I felt horrible for years until a counsellor educated me on the fact that consent needs to be given every time, not just as a blanket thing, but also being drunk means you are not in the state to truly give consent.
Also, the fact that she might have changed her mind could be from coercion. That still counts as assault because you feel pressured into it to prevent things from getting worse.

If someone doesn’t initially consent and then does- it’s coercion in a lot of cases, it does not automatically mean they only said they didn’t at first and then did it because they really wanted to the whole time (I mean yes, both scenarios have happened, and it could be either in this case but it’s often coercion in more cases than not- which gives the victim in these situations so much doubt and guilt, makes them feel like they can’t come forward or people will say they wanted to. In retrospect you can say they should’ve done this or that differently- but in that situation no one knows what they’d actually do unless they were there, and each instance is very different, and often big factors to take into account are age and experience).
This woman if she was telling the truth should’ve taken a lie detector test.. but if she was coerced and confused about it I could see her not being sure how the test would come out, also if she was coerced she should’ve told her cousin that rather than what she said.. they’re right about one thing, this really doesn’t make sense and is super sus

For people saying that she should go to jail for false accusations;
Yes, lying about a crime is considered purgery.
However, if the person who is lying hasn't filed any sort of legal reports, it's not considered a crime, only defamation.
So, the only action that could be taken in this case is a lawsuit filed against her. The plaintiff could be awarded compensation for any harm caused.
Of course, I do think that because not all of the sex was consensual, that case could be dismissed with no winner. The only one who really needs justice or compensation in my opinion is Bianca. She does deserve a better man, and a more honest cousin.
