    Great podcast, really helpfull. For me, protein-rich food also often goes hand in hand with fatty food. Today I ate Greek yoghurt with granola and seeds for breakfast, bread with cheese spread and tinned mackerel for lunch. I use the Yuka app to scan my food for composition, but then in that app I get a red notice for saturated fats every time for that food. Are there any better options? Less fat and still protein-rich? Given plant based is also not the best choice for proteïne intake. Greetings from Speculoos country 🇧🇪

      Plant based is fine for protein...tofu 15 grams per 100g almost n saturated
