      Thank you so much! A place called Targil. They sell restaurant supply's. They're out of opelousas Louisiana. My wife put together an order form for my seasoning if you are interested in the future. I'm actually waiting for a shipment of seasoning to come in, I have a few viewers interested in buying some

    Brad, you need to get in touch with my sister and bro in law. They own Brasseux’s hardware in Abbeville and Maurice. He has all kinds of seasonings there and would absolutely promote yours. He would also do cooking shows with you too. Let me know if you want me to make the meet and greet

    Love this! What kind of knife are you using to cut the meat??? I am in desperate need of a good knife.

      I feel your pain lol . I think I got it at targill in opelousas, but you should be able to find it at Hilton's restaurant supply in Lafayette. I'm not to sure what type of nife it is
