I don’t have time to make my own buns/bread but I would love to make them one day, especially if entertaining. I love being creative in the kitchen and knowing what recipes are possible makes me excited about the carnivore lifestyle. I’ve got a challenge for you. Do you think it’s possible to make those Japanese soufflé pancakes with mostly carnivore ingredients? Or perhaps Japanese jiggly cheesecake? I don’t have the time or recourses to attempt this myself at the moment 😋
I made these after watching this video and they are delicious. The buns are quick to make, I used Everything Bagel seasoning on top and it worked perfectly. The buns work great for chicken or tuna salad also.

Has anyone living in EU found an alternative for Allulose? Allulose isn't currently approved in the UK or EU, so what alternative could I use? Could Inulin have the same browning effect? Or maybe Erythritol or Stevia? I really want to try out all these bread recipes but can't really get them right without allulose

Allulose is what browns the crust, but otherwise you can totally make this bread without it. If it fell, you either didn't whip the whites enough, it was too humid in your kitchen, you got water in the mix, something like that🙏
I only use Bob Evans carton egg whites. But even those sometimes will not work. For best and most predictable results I recommend using fresh cracked egg whites.

Thanks! The shells? Not sure. You can put some in bone broth while it simmers to increase the calcium. But I don't think the extra calcium is needed.

Allulose is an optional ingredient that browns the crust and gives the crust a slightly smoother texture. You can leave it out.

Yes, but the crust will not brown as much 🙏
