this was my first time trying this style on myself
this style took about 5 hours
i used 3 packs of expressions prestretched hair the 3 in 1 pack. 52”

Gurlllll I was the same way a year ago they looked good for my first time but now they even better😍💪🏽 and all I use is the rubber band method and now I just need to practice on doing it without the rubber bands I also wanna try knotless braids on myself as well! The more you practice the better you get trust me💪🏽💯
Saved $200 doing them myself and didn’t have to deal with these unprofessional braiders just off of this tutorial was a huge plus.

Baby when I tell you I’m still learning lmao but I achieved the goddess locs n the box braids w the curls (which I watched her video to achieve that style) it looked so good my advice is to go for it I finally did n I wasn’t disappointed when I first try something I make sure I do it twice to get better

set up something that works for you.. where you can really see . maybe one mirror infront of you and one behind . I could see my parts in the mirror infront of me , i had my phone set up on my ring light behind me and i could see the screen! thank youuu though❤️

A metal rattail comb like hers makes a huge difference! Trust me it makes the process so much easier!
