I really wish I had a dad that taught me how to live off the land like you do. I watch your videos repeatedly. I hope to meet you one day. I’m in Louisiana quite often.. keep making videos!!!
My family was always to snobby to eat anything not bought in store. I chose to learn after I moved out. I love it now because I can live off the land. The rest of my family wouldn't last sorry to say.
Love how her daddy had her respond “yes sir” have to teach respect it’s a must, out here in California kids don’t respond like that being from Opelousas, LA it’s a must my kids respond properly showing respect for their elders.👌🏽
Great video Kendall! Man that was a huge gator! I've been fishing around gators but never tried to catch one haha! Would love to see your sauce piquant recipe on video!
Thanks my friend! I appreciate you watching. I did cheat a little on the sauce piquant. I browned all the meat and then put a jar of Cajun Power Sauce Piquant Mix. Good stuff. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
When you go to the zoo to see the animals, the name of the animal is on the cage, under the name is it's name in Latin. When you go to the zoo in Lousiana, the name of the animal is on the cage, under name is at least two ways to cook it.
We can always count on you for another great adventure . Also learn a lot from the preparation and cooking . Hope you and yours had a great CHRISTmas and New Year .
Great video again buddy. I am glad u can show people how we do things in Louisiana. Again that season you have is fantastic and I use it on every now even on my eggs. Again great video

And can’t forget lil stevi she helped too children are a blessing no matter what they do we were taught to love them unconditionally no matter what because if they stray they will always come back stevi good show she’s going to be close to her dad
Hope you and your family had a good and blessed Christmas Sir. Nice to see you out chasing some swamp lizards. Love me some fried gator..keep them videos coming
Excellent video. Going out and catching, hunting wild game and bringing it home to make delicious meals for family and friends is a way of life for me. You do an awesome job bringing that experience to people in all your videos. Keep up the great work!!!!!
I’ve been so busy this week and had to make time to see this new video that larger gator was amazing as always great clean and cook that would be a great meal for a New Years celebration happy holidays
My mouth watered the whole time the video started. Love your video brother. Wish we had Gator meat in the islands. That meat looked yummy. Love it all bro. Thanks for sharing this beautiful meat
Great video bud like always!! I noticed that you didn’t put it in a brine I mean is a brine necessary when it’s a fresh gator and you’ll be cooking right away?
I have watched a few people skin alligators but you are definitely the best. Think of all the pocketbooks and shoes that your wife can have from this skin 👍🤩
Awesome catch ,Clean , Been waiting on you for a while to post but this was worth waiting for buddy. Cant wait for part 2. I learn alot from your channel, keep up the good work, love your preps and cooking as well. thanks for sharing. Watching from Washington state.
Man I was ready for the cook out because I know it was going to be good. Good job in cleaning that gayer. Merry Christmas to you and your family and Happy New Year 💯💯💯💯👍🏽
Dear Kendall, thanks again for this wonderful video. I am sorry for being late, I wish Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for you and your beloved ones.
@KendallFrederick Hello Kendall how are you today? I really enjoy and love your videos!!! It's a Special Bonus to work at Whitco Supply the way you Share your catch and cook with all the Employees, that's truly Awsome in my book. I've noticed you give Special thanks to Richard LeBeouf Music. Do you know Richard LeBeouf personally? Or just like his music?
For anyone wondering why they tape the mouth after they're dead. It's because reptiles can still have very substantial body movement a while after death. Even a dead gator can bite. Snapping turtles and snakes are the same. Never assume a recently killed reptile can't hurt you.
Another superb video!! Well done Kendall. Already have me hungry again even before the cooking. Ha. Man you would have had a field day yesterday where I was fishing… gators jumping into the small bayous off the marsh grass banks all day! Eyes on a swivel that’s for sure…especially in the kayak. A late Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!! All the best.
I Have Been Anticipating this video so bad😜😜😜 Of course it didn’t Disappoint Whatsoever 💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥I can’t wait for part 2❤️❤️❤️ Another Awesome Video as Always Ken👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
You may have answers this but did you have to wash the outside of the gator prior to skinning. I saw that once in a video he used dawn and bleach and said it was must to do? I found it odd.
Loved it my brother. Can’t wait to see da Cookin! That was a real nice gator you shot too.

Do you tape the mouths of the dead gator for safety? Like they could have post-mortum muscle spasms and bite someone?
