Lawn work is something you have to stay on top of. Just a couple of years and trees can really grow a lot . I get out and trim a little bit about every two weeks with snips . Seems like we always have a burn pile . You did a wonderful job . Such hard work I can appreciate it . Thank you for helping her .
I like that you cut down trees n bushes ground level so no ugly stumps are seen n prevents a tripping hazard n easier for future mowing. 👍 Also prevents foundation issues if tree roots grow into it.

Most Code Enforcement offices are complaint generated (someone calls in the complaint). They get the complaint, then go to the property and do an inspection . then if a violation is found, they contact the owner and explain the violation(s) and give them two weeks to thirty days to correct the violations. if the owner does nothing they get another two weeks to comply.. after that (depending on the city/county) they get a code board meeting where a fine is issued $25 to $250 a day till the violations are removed. Once that is done, the fines get waved or lessened to $100. cities and county hate fines.. this video shows the extreme for an occupied property .. Great Transformation !!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Your work is super. Your videos are great. The title on this one isn’t the best. The judge was not trying to bankrupt her. She was doing that to herself by not keeping up the property. You left a great model for her with your hard work, using proper equipment, techniques, and cleaned property.

That was a simply amazing transformation. Ironic, you say you'll mow her yard, but in actuality, you spent the least amount of time on mowing than your other tasks. Think your chain saw deserves a new chain.
Please wear a mask when edging and using the trimmer. What particals your breath takes in your lungs doesn't come out. I've asked that of every lawn care person on U-tube. Even a few in Vietnam. They took my advice. You do a terrific job on these lawns. I'm sure the people are so appreciative. ❤😊
