Hey there Ron, thank you for another fantastic video!! So lovely seeing that you play the Cor Anglais too!! I'm really enjoying learning my oboe which I took up just six months ago at the ripe old age of 58!! Yes indeed as an old bird, I'm really loving learning the oboe, my only regret is that I didn't start this decades ago!! A very challenging but beautiful instrument and a real joy to play. This was the best birthday present ever from my dear husband. The really exciting thing is that the rental has now expired, so we will be looking to buy an oboe of my very own this coming week!!!!!
