Sorry to hear you have Lyme Disease! I guess my problem with the RZR Rey is the price point. It definitely has the scale looks going for it, and as you pointed out, it has decent performance. Hard to justify $600 for a 10th scale vehicle. I'm sure a lot of that is licensing fees though.
Damn brotha, sorry to hear you got messed up to from ticks. A tick bite changed my life forever. I have battled Lyme's for years plus the little freaking thing put me in the hospital. It almost killed me. I was completely paralyzed for a week and had to get treated for rocky mountain spotted tick fever. I'm also in the north east area and I'm always outside on the farm and in the woods. Ticks are horrible around this area. I'm happy your doing better though and appreciate you giving everyone a reminder to stay safe.
Oh wow! They got you too huh? I know a lot of people with Lyme. It’s scary how little most people know about it. It’s a silent pandemic at this point. People getting misdiagnosed with all kinds of diseases when it’s really Lyme. Hang in there and keep an eye out for them.
@rcilluminati26 Yeah I lived through it now for over 20 yrs. Diet, staying active and drinking lots of H2O everyday is a big help. Whatever you do, don't drink alcohol. Lol But you're spot on, hardly any doctors understand the illness and the sub infections that go with it. It's really hard to get a proper diagnosis. I always recommend that family and friends go get checked by a doctor that knows what their doing if they have symptoms. At this point in the north east, it's a full on pandemic but most have been misdiagnosed for years. Thanks for mentioning it on YT because there are so many people across the US that have never heard of Lyme's. I lived in the mid south for a few years and they had no clue what Lyme's even was and they had hardly any ticks. It was unbelievable.
Ive been seeing a holistic Dr at Journey to Wellness in Mechanicsburg PA. Lots of herbal treatments this year and I feel better than I have in a long time. Also cut out sugar and processed foods. I eat mostly keto but I do have some carbs when I mountain bike or hike. I do still enjoy some beers now and then 😅
Thinking about getting this this weekend.. I have been a huge arrma fan.. big rock 6s 3s the infraction..outcast.. and on and on.. I find this losi interesting.. how do you think it handles comparison to my arrma trucks ?
Great video! I'm thinking of getting one now that the price has dropped a bit. I enjoy scale driving vs full-on bashing. Have you tried the ARRMA Fireteam? It's huge, but it looks more scale and, therefore, more fun. Many owners(who own multiple trucks) have stated it is more fun than most. We have ticks real bad down here in Missouri, as well. I hate it, because I can't enjoy my own woods except in the middle of winter. I've been trying to build trails but time is hard to come by.
I don’t have a fire team but my buddy does and it’s a great truck. The RZR is my favorite 1/10 Losi Rey. Hammer Rey is good too but the RZR handles much better. Watch out for ticks! Use repellent and check yourself after. I’m in the woods a lot lately, so far so good.
See, 10 minutes of using mine and you were sold. People get stuck on the price - this drives better than almost every single RC out there. It's so durable and is great almost anywhere. Every arrma is more or less the same thing. This very a unique rc, its price dictates it as it's not and copy and past of rc parts.
I think people don't understand what it is, and part of that is Losi's fault. Losi calls it 1/10 scale and people say it's expensive for 1/10 scale (which is a fair point) but compared to the real thing it actually measures out to something like 1/6 or 1/5 scale.
Totally agree. It’s def a 1/6 scale. Price is a big factor and I guess it looks kinda toyish. Maybe they should’ve made it a full race replica but I’m guessing Polaris wouldn’t license it that way.
Ya dude its a beautiful rig for sure, but at 600 im going to pass. U could get a ARRMA outcast or kraton 6s for cheaper than that. Especially for a 1/10.
Yeah, I can see that. Paying for scale appearance. I love detailed scale rigs so I don’t mind the price but I can totally see it not being for everyone.

Thanks. Price is def high. Paying for licensing for sure.

Lyme disease sucks! Glad to hear you recovered 💪 It’s why I don’t think deer are cute anymore.
Thanks, we are loaded with deer in this area. Mice are also very likely to spread it to ticks so we just cant win.
Glad it doesn’t stop you from enjoying RCs. And sharing your vids with us. Thanks 🙏
I have one and i think it is a great rc car. Losi did a good job. Not as most rc´s, you have to learn to drive it. I have a lot of fun with this rc.
Looks so cool too. 😎

It’s def more top heavy so you can’t rip turns the same but it’s very fun to drive and looks amazing doing it

looked fun
Sorry to hear bad news man.
I’m feeling better, think it’s under control.
Ticks and the diseases they spread are a huge problem that doesn’t get enough attention.

Theres mo doubt this is a quality RC. I think the price point is the issue.
