    Learning how to record a perfect guitar loop in logic pro x takes some fine tuning and manal quantization but it is absolutely possible. You also don't need to be a professional guitar player to do this either. I'm not the greatest guitar player when I record but I know logic well enough that I can quantize the guitar audio recording so it becomes a perfect loop. Then I can create an entire song or piece of a song with this guitar loop. I could also use these loops to make a sound or guitar loops package and sell them. Let me know if you have any questions about making perfect guitar loops in logic.

    Hey man thanks for taking the time to make this, very helpful. How did you know to initially set the tempo at 90 though? I've been rapping for years but my production skills are limited, would appreciate any input.

    Great and helpful explanation of flex time! However, your recording sounds very boomy. Did you point the mic directly at your soundhole? Since I'm splitting hairs already, you might consider working on controlling that string squeak as you play. That can get pretty grating, especially if it's repeated over and over ... Sorry for the nitpicking.

    Hey Charles- I'm sure you have a similar vid for make perfect loops for a midi software instrument. I wrote a bass line on the keyboard and loop is not smooth. I'm looking at the piano roll which doesn't have the sound waves look like you have in this guitar recording vid. Thanks in advance. love your youtube page!

    Whenever I hit the button to turn on flex time, it doesn't always show the transients. How do I get it to show them every time?

    I love this.
    Can people make all konds of loops? Like piano, drums, bongo, snares?
    I want to create a Kizomba beat.
    How can I make loops of all the instruments to do this? Als variations of a melody.
    I just want to create a whole loop template of all the instruments in a Kizomba track .
    How would you set that up?❤

    Question- when I use flex time in logic to make a loop, I am using my ukulele, I move all the lines into place and with the yellow loop player and it sounds perfect. However when I finish by slicing off the tails I can hear a click at the start of the loop? Ive tried re recording and zooming in to make sure I'm not clipping anything off... any ideas? Thank you for your content I love your videos I find them very helpful :)

    Question- how do you make your metronome sound oddly satisfying and not super loud?

    • @CharlesCleyn
      @CharlesCleyn  3 роки тому +1

      hey yonah, you can right click on the metronome and go to metronome settings. here you can change the tone and sound of the click.

      Zoom in real close. Make sure you cut the region where there is no signal.

      how would I know the tempo of my song beforehand?

    • @georgelazar6872

      and the time signature, it seems. like, a lot of stuff to know before you actually record a 4 chord progression. is there no way to just record stuff and then make it loopable?
