I feel like lemonade was a real turning point for Beyonce. It's the album I think she really took artistry to another level. Anything after this she just leveled up each time.
Those of us who watched this live had no idea what was coming. We just had a date and time to turn to HBO. We had to take in the music and visuals all at once and it was a journey lmao.
I remember watching it at some live stream and my jaw was on the floor. I think it was the first time watching something and I just feel that everything had another meaning it was 2 storylines into one, accompanied by great music/poetry and visuals. Truly a piece of art 🥹

I wish i could forget it just to experience watching this for the first time again. I was crying, i was happy, i was sad beyond belief, there were moments where i felt like i could do anything(freedom). Only Beyoncé does this to you. This is the film that i hold dear to my heart, this film is quite literally LIFE. And i say this as a person who has watched a lot of films but nothing ever compares to LEMONADE. I get emotional as i write my admiration here. Just perfection.
