“Don’t Hurt Yourself” is one of my Beyoncé favourites. After I heard her live cover of Alanis Morissette’s “You Oughta Know” I’ve wanted a Beyoncé Rock album -bc I know she could kill it. However, I knew her R&B/Pop fanbase likely wouldn’t appreciate a rock album so I gave up hope but 10 years later I finally got some Beyoncé Rock for my playlist, and it was great. It’s even better when she sings it live! Incredible vocals!
