If you do a road trip through Southwest and/or Rocky Mountain States, and/or the PNW states, you will for sure not be disappointed! It is the crem de le crem of outdoors in the US in my opinion. Alaska/ Hawaii is always an outstanding outdoors destination too but maybe harder to get to.
As an American I really really love to see foreigners arrive here and appreciate this country. We are so lucky to live here and so many lack the perspective to realize it.
Yes. I've met quite a few foreigners when I've been to Yosemite over the years. I always make sure I help them if they're confused about getting somewhere. I feel like it's an obligation so that no foreign visitor can tell their friends back in their home country that Americans aren't friendly or helpful.

I've watched a number of videos of people visiting the US for the first time but yours was done in a way that had me choked up the entire time. I live in the US but haven't visited a lot of places in a touristy manner. I've been to Philadelphia many times and NYC quite a few but haven't done a lot of sight seeing and now I'm seeing how much I've missed. You made me see my own country through new eyes and I really really appreciate that. I hope to see videos of you going many more places so that I can live vicariously through you. I'm shocked your video doesn't have 100x the likes and comments, it's so well done. Great work.

You need to see the spectacular rural America. Deserts in the southwest, the Appalachians in the east, the mountains of the west, the swamps of south Florida.
It's always nice to see some folks visiting and enjoying their time here in the grand ol' US of A! ☺ If you ever come back and want to see more nature, I would recommend visiting the Appalachian Mountain Range. If you want to visit a more tourist-y area within the mountain range, then I would recommend the Great Smokey Mountains National Park - there are hiking trails and plenty of sightseeing there. But if you want to see a less visited area within the mountain range, then I would recommend visiting the state of West Virginia - you can visit the New River Gorge National Park, and there are a lot of other state parks there too!

Next trip come in the summer time. From July to August the water temperature is perfect for swimming on the east coast from the mid Atlantic states south to Florida. If you like the mountains, take a trip out to the Rockies in Colorado. Better yet, the Cascades in Washington State. The Cascades are greener and there is LITERALLY a waterfall every 10 minutes because of all the precipitation they get most of the yr. Late June to August it's perfect for camping there because it's dryer than the rest of the year. California is a mess right now so if you're going to go there you had better be careful which cities you visit. Same is true for Portland and Seattle but if you want to see the Cascade mountains you can always fly into Spokaine instead of Seattle and drive west to the Cascades.
I loved your reactions in Times Square. It reminded me of one of my favorite memories: taking my family to NYC for one of my business trips during Christmas season (NYC during Christmas is incredible...highly recommend!). We turned the corner at 47th & 7th to the lights, and snow. GIANT flakes; the kind you can hear hit the ground. What an amazing experience.

Amazing video. I'm 42 live about an hour and a half from NYC but have only been there a handful of times. I've been to Washington DC one time. I have to say you two saw and did more than I ever have. Seeing you two appreciate the sights and sounds and tastes of America was great. Not to sound lame but your video brought a tear to my eye how much some Americans take for granted. People risk their lives to come here yet some people that live here hate it. Sad state of affairs. But anyway, great video! ❤🇺🇸

Glad you two enjoyed your trip to the US. We live in the Midwestern state of Indiana. We were in NYC just a week after you were, also visited the 9-11 memorial and museum. It was a very moving experience to say the least. We're not as well traveled as you guys, but next year we're heading to visit your side of the pond and spend a week in London. We hope to enjoy it as much as you enjoyed coming here.
Enjoyed seeing your visit of the USA through your eyes. Had to smile when you went to the Empire State Building Observatory since I work on the 61st floor.
A Travel piece of advice is to visit northern regions of the US during Summer, and then the southern region in the Autumn. But there are a few exceptions, like visiting Vermont/New Hampshire/Maine in October to see the best leave color changes in the country.
It’s nice to see somebody visit the Northeast for a change. It seems like anytime somebody comes to visit the United States they go to the West Coast.❤

i live in new jersey, and ive visited the rockey statue in philly a few times. the museum right behind the statue and the steps is amazing !!!! my 2nd fav museum, which ofc the museum of natural history in nyc comes 1st
I have to get back down to the Reading terminal market . I'm in the northeastern suburbs of Philly in I often tell my son there are a lot of great places to see but you're lucky to be within an hour and a half of nyc, philly, the beach, the mountains, the countryside like Lancaster county etc

The difference of the US to other states is that you can enjoy some cities and also nearby nature, with beautiful landscapes, NPs
and natural wonders.
There’s so much of the US we want to explore, especially the national parks!
The excitement you were feeling when you visited my country (NYC) will be the same excitement I will feel visiting yours. Hoping one day soon.

Love to see my country through new eyes. You have a good way with words. Next time you have to do some more cultural things like the Smithsonian museums in DC and a Broadway show and/or museums in NYC.
We went to the Smithsonian museums in DC just didn’t really film in there as it was full of children on field trips 😅 unfortunately we didn’t get around to a broadway show, an excuse to return I guess 🤷♀️
As an American, I enjoy watching people experience our country for the first time. It looks like you had a wonderful trip and I hope you are inspired to come back and see more....you have to get to some of the National Parks. Amazing video. I'm 42 live about an hour and a half from NYC but have only been there a handful of times. I've been to Washington DC one time. I have to say you two saw and did more than I ever have. Seeing you two appreciate the sights and sounds and tastes of America was great. Not to sound lame but your video brought a tear to my eye how much some Americans take for granted. People risk their lives to come here yet some people that live here hate it. Sad state of affairs. But anyway, great video! ❤🇺🇸

Glad you two enjoyed your trip to the US. We live in the Midwestern state of Indiana. We were in NYC just a week after you were, also visited the 9-11 memorial and museum. It was a very moving experience to say the least.
We're not as well traveled as you guys, but next year we're heading to visit your side of the pond and spend a week in London. We hope to enjoy it as much as you enjoyed coming here.

A Travel piece of advice is to visit northern regions of the US during Summer, and then the southern region in the Autumn. But there are a few exceptions, like visiting Vermont/New Hampshire/Maine in October to see the best leave color changes in the country.
Absolutely a must see is the Grand Canyon. It has to be experienced to understand the magnitude and beauty.
It’s nice to see somebody visit the Northeast for a change. It seems like anytime somebody comes to visit the United States they go to the West Coast.❤

i live in new jersey, and ive visited the rockey statue in philly a few times. the museum right behind the statue and the steps is amazing !!!! my 2nd fav museum, which ofc the museum of natural history in nyc comes 1st

I have to get back down to the Reading terminal market . I'm in the northeastern suburbs of Philly in I often tell my son there are a lot of great places to see but you're lucky to be within an hour and a half of nyc, philly, the beach, the mountains, the countryside like Lancaster county etc

Your video conveys so much such honest emotion & wonderment, well done.
First of all we just want to say thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely comment 🥰 We thoroughly enjoyed our short time in the US (hopefully that was conveyed in the video) We shot 99% of this video on our iPhones and got a couple of drone shots online or the NYC skyline & then the video was edited within one day using a free trial version of Final Cut Pro (editing software).
