Glad you tested this. I specced up a moonbear with no incarn that looks to be immortal and do a ton of damage. 40% DR barkskin on 32s cd is pretty nuts. If you take flashing claws with arcane thrash, does each proc lower lunar beam cd by 3s, or is it just per cast?
I've been saying for a while that they need to change holy power. It has a serious design flaw. The generation to cost ratio vs all the other tanks is absolutely terrible overall.

Meh, I stopped using spirit bomb on vdh with my latest build. Think I’ll be doing 4 different tanks in tww: vdh, druid, dk, paladin.
I’ll still be DK always
