Some modellers may argue that Tamiya kits can be a bit basic. But when it comes to sheer building pleasure, they are nonpareil. The fit, the crispness and quality of their moulds are simply staggering. God bless the Japanese in their unrelenting pursuit of perfection.
A pleasure to build the Tamiya kits. I prefer to pay extra for a kit as long as it goes together well, no putty required. Look at their F-4B in 1/48 scale. Out of the box is perfect. Your typical resin seats replacement, a 3D instrumemt panel replacement, or your sky sets the limit. Happy Modeling
Some people really want to fight with their builds. I could not be less interested in that. Just about finished my Tamiya 1/48 F-14A and it's been wonderful.
@@natedrawsthings I’m currently building the F4U1 Corsair in 1/32. The kit just falls together with no difficulty whatsoever. Next on my list will be Tamiya’s P-51D also in 1/32. Seeing as Masters of the air is currently airing on Apple TV, I was thinking of shelling out £370 to purchase HK 1/32 B-17. But I’m not really sure if it’s worth the money. It’s not the price that worries me, it’s just that I’m not sure if it’s a good kit or not.
Thats possibly most stupid complaint ever. If the models is easy to build then one can spend more time superdetailing it instead of fighting with plastic just to put the model together :/
Some interesting kits coming out. I like the Tamiya 1/35 Machine gun squad ! Great diorama potential ! The only " iffy " kit I see is the Tamiya clear view kit of the MB, Clear kits just never became popular. Thanks for the kit up date !
HI Thank you so much for this amazing vidéo . More amazing kit tamiya In 2024. But 1/32 ? Nothing and nothing In 1/32 scale aircraft 🙃🙄🥲 Since long time Tamiya don’t build a 1/32 aircraft ? More people ask 1/32 tamiya kits with News : For me In 1/32 there more aircraft who are bad with other builder 😢 When a good 1/32 coming with Tamiya ? When 1/32: -P47D Razorback and Bubble. -P51B/C Mustang -F4U-4 Corsair -F4U-5/5N Corsair -F4U-7 Corsair -F6F-3/5/3N/5N Hellcat -P38F/L Lightning -P61 Blackwidow -F86F Sabre -F100 SuperSabre -F104 Starfighter -F105 Thunderchief -F106 DeltaDart -F4 Phantom II new tools -F14A/B/D new tools -F15C/15E New tools -Hurricane Séries Mk1/1A trop /MkIIA/MkIIc -Spitfire MkI/V/XIV Griffon Bubble And others 😍 There are more aircraft 1/32 who Tamiya build .😢 A Hope 🙄please MR Tamiya . Some good looking kits, one thought though is the 1:35 motorbikes could really do with a photo-etch piece for the wheel spokes, they seem a bit behind the times there as it makes a big difference.
Nothing of much interest for me here. Hopefully they haven't fully abandoned 1/32 World War 2 aircraft. If they came out with a 1/32 Hawker Typhoon I'd be so thrilled.
TAMIYA IS THE BEST, ALWAYS HAS BEEN. TIME FOR NEW LEADERSHIP. I'VE WAITED A DECADE FOR RLM 74/75/76 IN XF LINE-UP, DECADE FOR PRETTIEST BF 109 THE F-4, DECADE FOR EVERYONES DREAM, THE 1/32 MESSERSCHMITT. GOD BLESS ALL THANK YOU FOR GREATNESS, BUT, LIKE YOUR PAINT "CONSSISTINCY IS GREATNESS" (USE IT) AND LATELY-I'M SPENDING ALOT OF $ ON SOUKEI MURA
Don't want to come across as negative but made kits look like kits these days. Accuracy and excellent paint work seem to detract from the life demensions and look. Hope i got across my impressions.
You are looking at the showroom kits, those tend to not have any weathering by default if thats what you asking form. The entire point is to show the kit, not the fancy paintwork.

I like the clear kit i had a nascar kit in my youth painted every part a different color so they could stand out
Its a shame they seem to focus on R/C more than anything else nowadays. Thanks for sharing anyway!
Must admit though, some of the tv tanks look fantastic.
Less Chinese competition probably
Awesome! Thanks for sharing video Dusan.

Interesting, however, rather liitle topics in 1/72 scale. Howevert, good overall. Thanks for video, all the best for You! ;)

Nice coverage. Thanks for sharing.
Too bad. I was hoping to see some more aircraft releases, especially in 1/32 scale.
Dunno why they stopped their 1/32 aircraft developement they are awesome. They are more like an rc company these days.
@@pauka13 I’m pretty sure RC has always been their bread and butter but, their plastic kits have to be making them good profit too.
I will have to go there some day :)
Cool Show 👍
Like the DAX Honda, What scale was it ? 👍
1/12

But disappointed with Tamiya this year tbh
Their RC releases are pretty cool tbh. I think they focus more on that stuff rather than plastic models.
no F-35C ? ;(
