- The character of DARTH MARR is so epic I had to remaster his Explained video! This is the final lore video for Marr, as his story has now ended. He became one with the force after the ultimate death of the Sith Emperor within the mind scape of Satele Shan, Grand Master of the Jedi order.

Marr is one of my favorite Sith Lords, he is badass.

Is he dead if he’s a Force Ghost?
He was a great leader, warrior and Sith but is he truly a Sith anymore? I mean sure he's dead but I thought only Jedi could become force ghosts it seems like he renounced the Sith and their ways
@@Thunder-Ghost To be Sith is to be powerful enough to be free and unchallenged and Marr is certainly powerful enough to be free and unchallenged in his views of the force while remaining loyal to the empire
@@aaronzimmet822 Yeah other Sith might see him as weak for agreeing to the jedi code tho also I think Malgus is the only Sith to really break his chains also I still don't understand how a Sith can be a force ghost
@@Thunder-Ghost to my knowledge, only Jedi can become force ghosts upon death. Sith on the other hand, don't, but they become more akin to that of poltergeists, stuck within the living world, posessing objects, and possibly even influencing other force users. Not sure if that's even canon anymore though, given how SW likes to retcon and make up random lore just to "expand" its universe.

The true emperor that was not! I always thought that my char, I, would uphold his claim to be emperor. Instead we got time servers like Vovrawn or Acina. Opportunists with little vision and lesser charm.
Fr i hated acina i thought i would become emperor i mean i beated him and arcann and claimed the throne. Acina did nothing to earn my respect
Rewatching this for the fourth time. Excellent work brother, it's been a good while since the last Explained video. I wish the Devs hadn't killed Marr off so quickly, since he had so much potential and could've lead the Sith Empire in a much better direction. A shame really, but it is what it is. Keep up the great work man; looking forward to the next video, and tomorrow's potential stream!
Side note: what lightsaber were you using for your Sith Warrior? The one you have wearing the Ruthless Scion armor set? It looks quite cool, and it's not something I've come across on the Cartel Market.

The lightsaber you seek is called "Etched duelers lightsaber" It has a pure black hilt, and the sound it makes when you ignite it is very pleasing hehe.

Honestly I didn't like the plot they went with.
Why did Ashoka chase a map when she could have asked the whales apparently?
Why on earth is Ahsoka training Sabine? Stupid plot. Sabine was a bad ass Mando and there was absolutely no reason to change that.
I have a lot of complaints 😅
That being said, I enjoyed the nostalgia of seeing Hayden play Anakin again. But that isn't enough to get me invested. They should have wrapped up Thrawn's escape in the first few episodes with the finale containing more of Baylans plot.
Now we all have to wait a year or more, to see another dragged out season probably.
They need to seriously up their game. On some parts, I could see they were doing great. But the story and plot they chose absolutely sucks for a TV series in my opinion. As I say, too dragged out. Like this comment now so imma shut up 😂

I'd personally love a video like this on Darth Baris. To me, he's the best villain to a player character on the Imperial Side, and the most interesting.
great video, but what about his musician era where he played in the galaxy-renowned band The Siths? they had such banger albums such as "The Republic is Dead" and bangers like "There Is A Light (Side) That Never Goes Out".

Darth Marr is a Sith whom i could proudly call my Emperor (even if he refused to accept the title himself) and whom i couke proudly servr until his death. I would eveng go so fas as to say that if he had been allowed lead the Sith Empire for a longer period of time, it might not have a collased and transformed into a much more dangerous force.
He is a cool character in star wars

I know I'm late to the party, but don't care, Marr is SO cool. The thing that interests me the most is that, supposedly, his face/body has been so deeply messed up that he wears a mask to cover it constantly.
Makes me wonder if that REALLY just a rumor, or if it's the truth? How exactly did it happen? This guy is just so interesting! It's driving me up the wall.
Marr was on the frontlines during the war in his youth. I imagine he has many battle scars. Not to mention any dark side corruption. For all we know, he might have been the most handsome Sith around! But I would put money on his face looking pretty torn up. Bioware once made a placeholder model for him. It was a bald, middle aged cyborg. Human. But we don't accept this as canon.
