He's the bastard son of a preacher man, on the town he left a stain.
They made him live in a chicken house to try to and hide the shame.
He was born in a coop, raised in a cage. children fear him, critics rage.
He's half alive, he's half dead. folks just call him BUCKETHEAD!!

Brian (buckethead) has a masters in music. He has 2 daughters, hence the artwork.
He likes the fact they can go to the mall/store like me and you and just shop.
      Enjoy the music.

He is the son of music but it's because his parents were amazing and went to his shows and facilitated the music for him to grow up in.

This song helped me tremendously when I first Entered into sobriety. I went through a tremendous bout of insomnia trying to get off of painkillers and many nights when I was laying there just hurting unable to sleep and completely feeling lost I would drive out into the desert between my hometown and the next town over and put this song on repeat cranked full blast while I laid on the hood of my car staring up at the stars just listening. I was also still grieving over the loss of my father to a suicide and had never really taken the time to just stop and feel my emotions hence one of the reasons I struggled so bad with pain pills. I had been in an addict long before especially with the pain pills but for a period of 4 years I numbed myself everyday and every way I could using many different drugs. Something about this song made me feel connected in a way I never had especially when trying to get off of the drugs. It allowed me to let my emotions out and feel them for the first time in a long time and as a result helped me to work through some serious physical and mental difficulties. This song holds a special place in my heart for these reasons. And a shout out to Buckethead for writing it! You have no idea how much you helped me with this beautiful piece of music man! Thanks brother 🫵😎 Never underestimate the power of music!

It's a sad yet happy song. He can't let go of Aunt Suzie.... He wants to remember everything she did for him.....He can't help but express his feelings for her by looking back at everything she was to him........He wants to see her again but knows he can't....... She's gone but not forgotten..... He cries yet laughs..... He frowns yet smiles......................... This song is of loving memory of his beloved Aunt Suzie......... We are all grateful..........

Buck has written a lot of crayzay stuff but that doesn't negate his epic peices. I hope the music industry acknowledges him someday with a lifetime acheivement award but whatever, some of the most insane guitarists of the future will no doubt credit him as a major influence. This peice is unbeleiveable first note to last. Neet-o fellas.

and some people say he doesn't play with emotion... I feel sad about them.
No one can play like you. A lot of guitarists are incredible, of course, playing with a good technique, with some feeling on it. Others play extremly good, but their music doesn't touch our hearts. Others just play guitar. But you, buckethead... you make the guitar cry while you play. That's what I like about you. You play with a perfect technique with so much feelings at the same tame. That's why you are the best one

Out of all the musicians that are out there today, and maybe ever, Buckethead is by far the best. Buckethead shows his emotions through his guitar like writers show there emotions through there pens. His music is not only inspirational but also has people asking who is the man behind the mask? Buckethead has written many songs that have an abstract message or vision he is trying to convey. His music has us thinking What was he thinking? and we might never know and thats what makes him the best..

when i hear this song, it tells me a story. I interpret this song's story as a dream, right after buckethead falls asleep in the cemetary under the starry night. in the dream he is walking in darkness, and carries on walking. he finds some body parts on the floor and starts collecting them. As he is busy collecting, the ground starts to have color, and flowers appear around the prairie. He carries on walking through a gravel footpath and reached home, opens the door, and there was Aunt Suzie.
