Just something extra, that “retention bracket” is the summer/winter swap.

Best thing you can do to them is swap an 020T carb on ot or delete the accelerator pump. Makes them last even longer

I rebuilt my carb with new diaphragms etc, but my ms200t still bogs down and dies ater starting easy. Plug looks lean, fresh fuel with 40:1 clean air filter spark arrester clean..

I rarely have luck cleaning or rebuilding carburetors. For what new aftermarket carburetors cost for these small engines, it’s a no-brainer to just replace it.
You may just have a fuel adjustment issue. Watch a video on how to adjust a small engine carb.

@@OldSoulMillennial Thanks. I found a tune up kit with most everything, but my saw does not have the vent hose up by the carb or have two hoses coming from the tank.. Where do you like to buy parts from?

R u sure they don't make them any more.kablunes hard ware sells them .they gave one in stock

Still still makes climbing saws, however they ended production of the 200T model in 2012.

That is a climbing saw, very expensive.
