What do you think of Siteground as an alternative to these two options for web hosting? From everything I've read, it is feature-rich and faster than bluehost on pretty on par with Cloudways. Is SiteGround fast enough if you are using landing pages on using Thrive Architect integrated with Convert Kit that ties into ThriveCart or would it be better to go with CloudWays in this scenario? Thank you for you input in this question.

We've left Siteground years ago. We didn't like how their customer support waned over time, while Bluehost's actually got better over time. Any of the 3 will do what you need, but of the 3, Cloudways will be the fastest.

Hi John, I like your content a lot, thanks for doing this! But to be honest, this video kind of wasted my time. It more answered the question which of two hosters is more suitable for which needs, but only to a very small extent whether one needs a hoster or not, right?

Shucks. I guess I missed the mark, didn't I? Thanks for the honest feedback. In short - Thrivecart will host your sales / checkout pages / courses. If you want a full-fleged "website" then yes you'll need a host. Maybe I was a bit too deep on the info and didn't keep it highlevel enough

What are the best tools for migrating your WordPress website, IMAP Email, and FTP accounts from one host to another host?

Great idea for a future video! In general most GOOD hosts will have migration tools built in to make it all happen in just a few clicks

@@johncreates Thanks John! I agree that would make a great future video! My host has good migration tools for moving my WordPress site from one domain to another inside the same host (SiteGround) I know at some point I will have to migrate to another host and in one of your other videos you mentioned you used a tool that allowed you to save your entire WordPress site as a single file. That kind of tool seems super useful making it easy to migrate to another host. If you can do that with your Imap email accounts and FTP accounts that would be great as you could also add a local backup that you have full control of and can always get your hands on and backup too. Perhaps a video on backing up all the data from your host and how to easily and efficiently migrate from one host to another. Thanks for all your amazing content 👏

Thanks so much for all the helpful info.
If you have experience with Wix, how does it compare (functionally/features)?

I want to move from kajabi for something else that is more user friendly and also less expensive.
I need to be able to host a course with personalised drip content.
Most of my students are non-profits and don't pay online so I need to be able to add students "free of charge".
    I need website hosting.
And finally I need to be able to capture emails with free e-books, send promo e-mails to certain tags and a newsletter for all.
Kajabi does all that but it's not user friendly and kind of buggy/ over complicated (mostly when i have to give a webinar to capture emails and send emails before/after).
I don't know where to go to have this kind of all-in-one deal for a reasonable price.
I mean, if I make the move but then I have to host my emails elsewhere and my webpage elsewhere ... what is the point ? It will be about the same price in the end with me having to learn 3-4 new platforms at the same time.
    Any ideas ?
