I just got mine in the mail and installed it and works great, now I don't have to buy any more expensive moderators this one will do just fine to shoot inside my garage and backyard without annoying anyone. I highly recommend it !! Thank you for the fast shipping!

This baffle system looks great for the Avenger. How many shots can you get before they need to be replaced?
Do you have any of these in stock for an Air Venturi Avenger. 22 right now? If not when do you expect to have more?
sounds alot like when i use the monocore baffles drilled out to 12.5mm and slid onto the barrel with a spacer of cloth and then the buckrail avenger/origin suppressor with some kitchen drawer liner behind the barrel spacer it is movie silencer quiet.
how do you remover the barrel spacer? cause if i can do that i can get a second monocore baffle and lose the buckrail and 4 inches off the length. smiles
I have one on my bullpup and love that the barrel length is at its original No more snagging branches or hitting fence post like I did before with the longer DFL so now I’ll be ordering 2 more for my 25s AVAs

James at the very beginning of your video there was a BIG difference in yours being the quietest, but then the other test's that followed seemed to be much closer in sound, like you stated towards the end, but with that being said what I really sincerely like is the fact that yours stays stock in length. (one reason that the original avenger initially caught my eye with its good looks!!) and it's already off balance with no moderator on to begin with, plus yours is cheaper, I honestly was getting real close to ordering a Donny FL Sumo since I FINALLY bought a refurbished Avenger in .22 cal with the Woodstock about a week ago, also I think it's much better looking than the new FAT BULKY more expensive Avenge X!!! (coming out in mid June) standard one only has 30 more cc of air for $150💸 more which I saw on shot show before I made my choice. Now waiting on my compressor, but after watching your video I'm holding off on the Donny mod and barrel bands, you're doing a great job! thanks for taking the time to help us old average midwesterners out. I just may be getting ahold of you. Btw you don't by chance have a Sumo to do another test do you? Thx again. ✌️

What you are offering makes sense (which is why your video came of in my google search for Avenger baffle stack). Since some OEM internal shroud systems use from three to seven baffles, I was surprised to see your system uses only two baffles. It appears as if it might be a tight squeeze, but did you test the effect of three baffles (and what did you find)?
Also, have you tested your baffle system on a .22 Avenge X yet? (Yes, I have seen your criticism of the spring if converting calibers up to .25. but I am not interested in converting from .22)

So what if you used this kit AND a moderator? Is it possible and would it make a perceptible difference? Specifically could you attach this with the DonnyFL adapter? Its the only one I'm presently aware of and I've got a growing curiosity to see how quiet one of these can get.
You would have to make a custom threaded endcap...my kit won't work with Donnyfl adapter

Would be more scientific to put the gun in a vice during the db meter test so it doesn't move from shot to shot little, changes in angles and distance can effect the results. You may find that you moved one shot a hair further forward of the mic for example, I think the difference (if the sound hasn't been edited) is pronounced enough in the video that the db test are just icing on the cake anyways. Also I'd be interested to see what the sound db numbers are for a unmodified donnyfl adapter if you have that laying around. Seemed to be a noticeable sound difference in the video you made about drilling the donnyfl adapter and would only further prove your baffles to be superior.

Leave the factory shroud centering ring in or my baffle system doesn't work, some people removed it for harmonic rings

Personally, I have never been a fan of the DonnyFL cans. They tend to change the pitch of the sound more than actually quieting the gun. Ymmv

Guys this thing works well i hav one i love it i put it in my bullpup and its never left .now i also hav a barrel band but with that combo my gun is hitting anything i want up to 80 yards thats all i hav to play with but guys this thing is legit .

That's very odd, out of the hundreds I've sold and it made everyone else's gun very quiet but return it undamaged (no clipping or any damage whatsoever upon inspection) and get full refund....only other problem I know is there could be a bad oring somewhere especially shroud or pellet probe making the gun louder or your settings are way too high causing the projectile to be above the sound barrier or too much air being used per shot
