I think the reason Kissy helped us in Chapter 2 is because she recognized us as a previous employee that didn't mistreat her. The reason Huggy attacked us was because he was starving. Mommy Longlegs attacked us because she's hellbent on revenge.
@@selinalee1077 Huggy Wuggy (1170) does need to eat, its the prototype (1006) who doesn’t need to eat, however a lot of people used to think that Huggy Wuggy _was_ the prototype, so it’s understand why one would be confused.
Man, Kissy must've been scared out of her mind during that whole experience. I can't blame her if she attacked them out of self-defense, I just really hope she doesn't turn into an enemy later down the line.
she must've been going somewhere she has been before and doesn't want to go back there. that's why she kept putting up in the training steps to release her cause she doesn't want to go back there, but ends up getting rid of everybody taking her back there for self defense. in all honesty from the looks of she she's about as homicidal as huggy but doesn't choose violence, from the time stamp she only took about 12 minutes tops to wipe out everybody and get back in place. the reason I'm thinking she avoids violence at all costs is cause she helped us in chapter 2 to get through, meaning that she knows something we don't and she's willing to help us, either for her benefit or ours, either way it's a helping hand nonetheless
This and the last tape are so damn creepy and unsettling. From the look and feel of them, to the fact that this one is just pure atmosphere, to the fact that the video is named the same way a piece of archival footage would be. It’s so damn good

The small movements in the dark are what make this great. You can notice her arm sway a bit before the lights come on. And her toe and hand were tapping in the shadowy areas while restrained.
I just went back to chapter one and in the prototype vhs you can hear screaming in the background and approaching footsteps before the door burst open. The scientist says it's the final log
I love the fact that Kissy didn't have a care in the world and was just chilling and doing absolutely nothing the entire time XD Edit: Well it appears that my comment didn't age that well... I guess Kissy just REALLY likes "chilling" on that plank of wood.
I think the interesting thing is that the one who initially loosened Kissy's straps might've been one of the workers. It might be the protagonist back when they worked in the company and that's why Kissy doesn't attack us later on, because we were kind to her and were sympathetic towards what was happening. However, that doesn't mean we were the one to have completely removed the restraints. Kissy NEVER moved from her position when she'd been tied down and there's no sign that the restraints had been torn off by her, so someone else might've come along, killed the workers and then got rid of Kissy's bindings. If she had been the one to remove them, she should've already left, not stayed it place like that.
There is no reason why she stayed, but definitely she killed all the workers. It’s creepy she could do it so fast and then return to her position smiling as always. Like she wants to say “We both now I killed them, but let’s play a little game and I will pretend it wasn’t me”

@@51procenjoyer20 She has not kill every worker. Based off how Kissy Missy assist us on one of the chapters, we can conclude how she doesn't intend to harm anyone. Something/Someone else might have cut her free but she didn't do anything because she did not want to. Therefore, this something/someone has done her work she couldn't do and let it be. We can also conclude how there are scratch marks on the board Kissy is on meaning that she wasn't the only one.
Chapter 3 cleared this up so much you notice when it turns into 11? She kills everyone? That when the hour of joy started when everyone got killed it started on that hour
No I think Kissy just wanted to escape without killing anyone. When we see the VHS tape she just tackled and pushed the co-workers to the side. But the prototype did not like that so Kissy returned to the train and the protoype finished the job. Hench the claws.
Honestly I got to say that these tapes are something that can actually make Poppy look much more promising then people think. If this keeps on going then not only will it truly bring more hype for chapter 3, but can also make the game look more terrifying then the usual UA-cam kids crap keep up the good work Mob.

Considering kissy’s kind nature in the second chapter I’m guessing that something else killed everyone and set her free, while also getting blood on her. I also bet it’s the prototype who used the red text.
I love the small detail you guys put in, I almost didn’t notice Kissy just staring down the camera. Tiny details like that just make this feel so much more lively.
I'm loving these videos and I love that Kissy Missy seems like she'll always be friendly, I really hope we get to see more of and interact more with her.
Man this is crazy! First Huggy Wuggy and now Kissy Missy giving more depth to what's really going here in the Playtime Co. factory. As I have to say every since Project: Playtime came out it really seems like that more of the lore has been being expanded greatly before the next chapter's release. I don't what lies in store for the future of Poppy's Playtime, but what it seems like is that things are about to take a darker turn.
I’m surprised to see no mention of 1:45 you can see graffiti as the train passes by that reads “The Hour of Joy is at Hand” and that during the point where the train speeds up it seems Kissy is staring at something straight ahead before returning her gaze back towards the camera. The scene at 2:17 if you ignore the bodies you can hear the sounds of muffled screams in the background. Notice scratch marks on the plate Kissy Missy is on too? This could be the date that Experiment 1006 escaped! Because the screams sound almost exactly like the ones in the tape talking about 1006 in chapter 1 and the thin scratches on the plate are probably from 1006 as it went around killing the employees! I assume that since 1006 was loose maybe Kissy Missy knew it would hunt any living thing within the area so she played dead so as to avoid getting shredded up like those employees, which is why even though Kissy Missy isn’t bound up anymore she hasn’t moved. She trying to avoid being targeted by 1006. So we probably can conclude that on August 8, 1995 around 11:14AM Experiment 1006 escaped containment and went on a killing spree. Edit because I forgot about this: In the tape talking about 1006 they said that its skills consisted of coordination and cooperation and you heard the sound of Huggy Wuggy’s jumpscare in the audio so it didn’t just break out and go on a killing spree, this is the date it reappeared after it went missing and released the other sentient toys to initiate it’s plan to get revenge on the people in Playtime co. This was probably another factor in why Kissy Missy was unbound, it probably knew Kissy Missy was one of the sentient toys and wanted to use her in its plan for revenge. However it seems Kissy Missy did not join or if she did then at least not for long as while the screams continued she was okay with staying in the same spot.
this is definitely plausible bc in the new trailer for chapter 3 the text on the screen says 'the hour of joy arrives', and we now know that catnap worships the prototype (which is also experiment 1006, i think)! so maybe while on this rampage, experiment 1006- the prototype - could've spared catnap, which is why he (catnap) now worships him (experiment 1006)!
Honestly, I'm unsure if this video reveals that Kissy Missy is dangerous or if a different creature is dangerous and it freed her. Like the blood around her initially suggests that Kissy Missy killed those workers. But (1) How did she break the straps (2) Why is she still in the exact same lying down position and (3) Doesn't this violent move go against the little we know about her? She seems awfully docile in the game and in this video so unless she's just really good actor I don't think she's capable of this level of violence. And why would her straps need to be broken is she could always free herself with her own power? I would instead propose that who ever is saying "Release her" in red text is actually the one who killed the workers. That creature wanted to free her so it killed the workers and released her. But Kissy Missy is so docile that she probably just stood still after being freed even while being plastered with blood. We have so little to go off of but this is just an alternative theory of mine.
The red text is most likely the prototype interfering with the tape, and taking matpat’s theory into account he most likely controlled kissy missy to kill the workers which I think is meant to show that the prototype was the one instructing kissy missy to help us. I also think this shows that the prototype needs us for some sort of plan, that is my theory anyway.
I agree she helped us in chapter 2 so we know she isn't hostile are at least not much. I think the prototype had something to do with this. We know he can control or at least talk to the other monsters because of Project playtime, so maybe he sent a monster like Huggy to free her, or went himself.
2:17 if you turn up the volume, you can hear a crowd of people screaming in the distance. That leaves us two things clear: 1. This was the day everyone in Playtime dissapeared 2. Whoever released her, is attacking/killing all the employes

no, they was a team attempt, we can see it, huggy wuggy escaped, mommy was being aggressive towards the guards, and if i was just one of them, they could’ve easily put them down/ contain them, they was a team attempt, where huggy wuggy, mommy long legs catnap and every toy, fighting back, better proof of this not only being one of the bigger bodies is in the trailer, where the thing that looks like the prototype, before we see dog day hug up, a pug a pillar having a human skeleton in its mouth, i don’t think catnap would you through that much effort to do that

Oh my gosh I didn't even notice that, so she is definitely sentient like the rest of the large toys. I don't think she killed those workers though. Especially since the video ends with other workers screaming in the distance.
You can hear the screams from the hour of joy and the aftermath of kissy killing them in 2:18 , u can also see how her binds are loosen just like in the hour of joy tape. I’m just in awe that they had the hour of joy in this tape and we never knew until 10-11 months later

After playing chapter 3, this confirms 2 things: 1- The hour of joy happened on August 8, 1995. 2- We, the player, are currently trying to escape the factory in 2005.

I like that in the beginning, in the dark, Kissy missy was actually moving in the dark but when she noticed the workers she stopped moving and stood still like a soldier when their commander checks on them.
Fun fact: the date this event happened 8/8/95 is the same day that shows at the start of chapter 3 gameplay trailer 1. This has lead many people to believe that the 8th of August 1995 was when “The hour of joy” happens. For those of you who don’t know, the hour of joy is an event orchestrated by 1006 where all of the toys rebel and is when the staff disappeared.
@@jakemallory12 thats the theory, i personally think that the monster that talks to u is 1006 and we come to try to make more bigger bodies to fight back and take over the factory to continue experiments, however 1006 is trying to stop us as he doesn’t want more kids to be tortured. However in terms of dates i recommend watching matpat’s timeline vid as it pretty much sums up what we know and a few theories that are very heavily supported.

The fact MOB games is releasing these VHS tapes for the anticipation of chapter 3 shows they’re not letting the hype die down Edit: Theory what if the video isn’t instructing the human workers but Huggy Wuggy aka experiment 1170. It’s mentioned that his purpose is to be fully obidient and those tasks that are shown are directed to him only, but when the red texts shows up and orders for the strap to be removed that’s exp. 1006 aka the prototype ordering him to release KM. To sum it up those tasks were programmed to huggy but the prototype hacked into his software to obey him instead. On a little side note we now got confirmation that everyone “disappeared” in 08/08/1995 so the game most likely takes place in 2005

I AM LITTERALLY LOVING THIS STORY LINE!! I'VE WATCHED THIS VIDEO TWELVE TIMES TODAY TRYING TO FIND SMALLER DETAILS TO KINDA MADE PREDICTIONS FOR CHAPTER 3!
Okay, here is everything I have found by using my inner MatPat: 1. Date is 8/8/1995 2. There was writing on the walls during the train that said "The hour of joy is at hand" 3. Mommy AND PJ were seen during 0:53 4. 2:19 There was a faint screaming during that section, either people freaking out or a monster screaming 5. The footage missing section at the end of the video shows a text that says that the section shouldn't appear in any final cut 6. Kissy most likely did not kill those who operated the train as she was strapped the entire time, either huggy or a new monster 7. The russian at the beginning of the video tells you to not continue the tape 8. The "giants" get transported to different locations (probably playcare in this case) 9. There is flipped text at 0:55 10: During step 1, there was a figure hanging from the ceiling (either something new or huggy or 1006)

Notice something a little weird: in the shot where you see the train going through the tunnel with the "The Hour of Joy is At Hand" message, the timer is saying it's around half past 2; but when it cuts back to Kissy Missy riding on the train, the timer says 10:55am. that could be part of the alternations made to this tape as earlier said, maybe KM wasn't just chilling in her straps as it appeared.
Based on the hour of joy tape in chapter 3, not only did we see part of this tape in the trailer, we can confirm the hour joy took place August 8th 1995 at 11:am

But yeah, at 11:00 am, an emergency call have been done inside the whole facility (that tape showing the security protocol) warning everyone that an "hostile force" have been detected inside the facility, is the 1006 of course, that after breach the security, set free every experiment from their enclosure, influencing them all to rebel and attack the Playtime workers. It's believed that the attack lasted an whole hour, but maybe the "Hour of Joy" it's meant to be that 11 am was the "Hour of Joy". Also, an curiosity is that probably the prototype's plan was to only kill the scientists and high rank personnel, but things got out of hand and the "toys" just started slaughtering everyone that was human as shown on the footages.
Okay. While this is very confusing, I don't think it's actually *Kissy* who killed them. It just doesn't look like something she would do after what we saw in Chapter 2. She's not like Huggy, she's, well, a gentle giant (pun not intended), if I were to say. Someone else must have done that. Just look at her: she isn't bound, but she still stays leaning against that board. She didn't leave. Why would she be staying still if that was her doing? Which raises another question: why didn't she leave once free? What stopped her?...
My guess is that 1006 freed her and killed everyone. For some unknown reason though she just stays laying there. I also noticed she is in the exact same position as before(but then again this could be the devs just reusing the model and covering it with blood). In ch.2 a tape revealed that experiment 1170 (huggy wuggy) had sufficient intelligence and maximum obedience. Kissy missy is a similar type, so that explains why she's so obedient.
As I saw someone else point out, Kissy had trouble pushing down the lever in Chapter 2, so it would weird for her to be able to break out of the bounds so easily
I love how Kissy Missy pretends to be a statue and not kill the victim, but in the train scene, the straps we're released and kissy devoured the victims and she stares at your soul.

What I noticed in the VHS: (0:37) in the background there seems to be a bloody MML and Pj Pugapiller. (0:46) there are Resource Extraction Specialists that bound Kissy Missy to the wooden plate. (0:54) there's a guide to put the Bigger Body on the plate. (0:59) there is a VHS error which a static sound starts Playing and the VHS starts to glitch out. (1:05) the crane from Chapter 1 is seen putting kissy on the train. There's also a sign that says "Playcare" which is pointing to the direction of the front of the train. (1:14) someone or something says to "LOOSEN THE STRAPS BINDING THE GIANT". (1:19) the date of 8/8/1995 and the time is shown as 10:42 AM (1:33) there is the train code that you get in Chapter 2 and a note that I don't recognize. (1:44) when looking at the wall it states "THE HOUR OF TOY ? ? HAND". That's what I read. (1:48) the entity hacking the VHS came back and said "RELEASE THE STRAPS BINDING THE GIANT" (1:50) the time is now 10:55 AM and on the same date. (1:58) the Entity states to "RELEASE THE STRAPS". (2:02) the time is 10:59 AM and the train is going at bullet speed. Like the ending to Chapter 2. (2:12) right before the footage ends, the time goes from 10:59 AM to 11:00 AM. (2:17) the footage shows the train crashed with a bloody kissy missy with the straps broken. You can also hear sounds of Screaming/Monster sounds. The time is also at 11:14 AM. (2:27) states that the footage went missing and there is a production code that says "ED06" and it says a roll that is "A001". On the top, there is text that state that the footage missing is a placeholder and is not suppose to be in a final cut. It then says to contact the Production team to resolve.

i dont think she killed the workers but someone else, bc she clearly never moved. i think someone else killed the workers while they left the train to untie kissy missy. and that same thing untied kissy missy leaving her there
A really good hunt is that this is in 8/8/1995, which is a date you can hear in the backwards radio message in the players nightmare in chapter three. In the Hour Of Joy VHS, we see this exact moment play out: Kissy killing the staff. This just definitely confirms that the hour of joy was on 8/8/1995, meaning the event in which we play through in the actual game is set in 2005.

I dont think so. This is because its called THE HOUR OF JOY but we're not entirely sure yet if it means that the event only covered 14 minutes or maybe an exact whole hour. For now, we could say that this video tape is 14 minutes into the hour of joy and there are screams in the background after kissy KILLED the workers.

Coming back to witness and hear, during the end, all the screams in the background from the events of “The Hours of Joy”. Not only that, it’s 11:14am and the screams continue, as we know the hour of joy began at 11am, people are still getting murdered. We know kissy broke from those straps and most likely defended herself from the people around her. But to think she could have left that specific room. It makes me wonder and theorize whether she was too overwhelmed to continue and just came back to her spot avoiding the horror and chaos.

Immediately, I'm ruling self-defense as Kissy's motive for attacking (if she attacked at all, that is.) The most interesting part to me is that Kissy, assuming she killed those workers, immediately went BACK to the restraint table. Why would she do this? Maybe she understands that it's where she needs to be, or did something else free her after doing it's own work around her?

I think the interesting thing is that the one who initially loosened Kissy's straps might've been one of the workers. It might be the protagonist back when they worked in the company and that's why Kissy doesn't attack us later on, because we were kind to her and were sympathetic towards what was happening. However, that doesn't mean we were the one to have completely removed the restraints. Kissy NEVER moved from her position when she'd been tied down and there's no sign that the restraints had been torn off by her, so someone else might've come along, killed the workers and then got rid of Kissy's bindings. If she had been the one to remove them, she should've already left, not stayed it place like that.
There is no reason why she stayed, but definitely she killed all the workers. It’s creepy she could do it so fast and then return to her position smiling as always. Like she wants to say “We both now I killed them, but let’s play a little game and I will pretend it wasn’t me”

@@51procenjoyer20 She has not kill every worker. Based off how Kissy Missy assist us on one of the chapters, we can conclude how she doesn't intend to harm anyone. Something/Someone else might have cut her free but she didn't do anything because she did not want to. Therefore, this something/someone has done her work she couldn't do and let it be. We can also conclude how there are scratch marks on the board Kissy is on meaning that she wasn't the only one.

No I think Kissy just wanted to escape without killing anyone. When we see the VHS tape she just tackled and pushed the co-workers to the side. But the prototype did not like that so Kissy returned to the train and the protoype finished the job. Hench the claws.

Man this is crazy! First Huggy Wuggy and now Kissy Missy giving more depth to what's really going here in the Playtime Co. factory. As I have to say every since Project: Playtime came out it really seems like that more of the lore has been being expanded greatly before the next chapter's release. I don't what lies in store for the future of Poppy's Playtime, but what it seems like is that things are about to take a darker turn.

I’m looking back at this realizing this was during the hour of joy, as you can also hear the distant screams in the playcare😳
I’m surprised to see no mention of 1:45 you can see graffiti as the train passes by that reads “The Hour of Joy is at Hand” and that during the point where the train speeds up it seems Kissy is staring at something straight ahead before returning her gaze back towards the camera. The scene at 2:17 if you ignore the bodies you can hear the sounds of muffled screams in the background. Notice scratch marks on the plate Kissy Missy is on too? This could be the date that Experiment 1006 escaped! Because the screams sound almost exactly like the ones in the tape talking about 1006 in chapter 1 and the thin scratches on the plate are probably from 1006 as it went around killing the employees! I assume that since 1006 was loose maybe Kissy Missy knew it would hunt any living thing within the area so she played dead so as to avoid getting shredded up like those employees, which is why even though Kissy Missy isn’t bound up anymore she hasn’t moved. She trying to avoid being targeted by 1006. So we probably can conclude that on August 8, 1995 around 11:14AM Experiment 1006 escaped containment and went on a killing spree.
Edit because I forgot about this: In the tape talking about 1006 they said that its skills consisted of coordination and cooperation and you heard the sound of Huggy Wuggy’s jumpscare in the audio so it didn’t just break out and go on a killing spree, this is the date it reappeared after it went missing and released the other sentient toys to initiate it’s plan to get revenge on the people in Playtime co. This was probably another factor in why Kissy Missy was unbound, it probably knew Kissy Missy was one of the sentient toys and wanted to use her in its plan for revenge. However it seems Kissy Missy did not join or if she did then at least not for long as while the screams continued she was okay with staying in the same spot.

this is definitely plausible bc in the new trailer for chapter 3 the text on the screen says 'the hour of joy arrives', and we now know that catnap worships the prototype (which is also experiment 1006, i think)! so maybe while on this rampage, experiment 1006- the prototype - could've spared catnap, which is why he (catnap) now worships him (experiment 1006)!
Honestly, I'm unsure if this video reveals that Kissy Missy is dangerous or if a different creature is dangerous and it freed her.
Like the blood around her initially suggests that Kissy Missy killed those workers. But (1) How did she break the straps (2) Why is she still in the exact same lying down position and (3) Doesn't this violent move go against the little we know about her? She seems awfully docile in the game and in this video so unless she's just really good actor I don't think she's capable of this level of violence. And why would her straps need to be broken is she could always free herself with her own power?
I would instead propose that who ever is saying "Release her" in red text is actually the one who killed the workers. That creature wanted to free her so it killed the workers and released her. But Kissy Missy is so docile that she probably just stood still after being freed even while being plastered with blood. We have so little to go off of but this is just an alternative theory of mine.
The red text is most likely the prototype interfering with the tape, and taking matpat’s theory into account he most likely controlled kissy missy to kill the workers which I think is meant to show that the prototype was the one instructing kissy missy to help us. I also think this shows that the prototype needs us for some sort of plan, that is my theory anyway.

I like that in the beginning, in the dark, Kissy missy was actually moving in the dark but when she noticed the workers she stopped moving and stood still like a soldier when their commander checks on them.
You can also see her eyes following the worker. Huggy and missys eyes glow a bit in the center of the eyes
Fun fact: the date this event happened 8/8/95 is the same day that shows at the start of chapter 3 gameplay trailer 1. This has lead many people to believe that the 8th of August 1995 was when “The hour of joy” happens. For those of you who don’t know, the hour of joy is an event orchestrated by 1006 where all of the toys rebel and is when the staff disappeared.

@@jakemallory12 thats the theory, i personally think that the monster that talks to u is 1006 and we come to try to make more bigger bodies to fight back and take over the factory to continue experiments, however 1006 is trying to stop us as he doesn’t want more kids to be tortured. Let me know if u have any other q’s as i can do my best to answer them. However in terms of dates i recommend watching matpat’s timeline vid as it pretty much sums up what we know and a few theories that are very heavily supported.

Edit: Theory what if the video isn’t instructing the human workers but Huggy Wuggy aka experiment 1170. It’s mentioned that his purpose is to be fully obidient and those tasks that are shown are directed to him only, but when the red texts shows up and orders for the strap to be removed that’s exp. 1006 aka the prototype ordering him to release KM. To sum it up those tasks were programmed to huggy but the prototype hacked into his software to obey him instead.
On a little side note we now got confirmation that everyone “disappeared” in 08/08/1995 so the game most likely takes place in 2005

Okay, here is everything I have found by using my inner MatPat:
1. Date is 8/8/1995
2. There was writing on the walls during the train that said "The hour of joy is at hand"
3. Mommy AND PJ were seen during 0:53
4. 2:19 There was a faint screaming during that section, either people freaking out or a monster screaming
5. The footage missing section at the end of the video shows a text that says that the section shouldn't appear in any final cut
6. Kissy most likely did not kill those who operated the train as she was strapped the entire time, either huggy or a new monster
7. The russian at the beginning of the video tells you to not continue the tape
8. The "giants" get transported to different locations (probably playcare in this case)
9. There is flipped text at 0:55
10: During step 1, there was a figure hanging from the ceiling (either something new or huggy or 1006)

Notice something a little weird: in the shot where you see the train going through the tunnel with the "The Hour of Joy is At Hand" message, the timer is saying it's around half past 2; but when it cuts back to Kissy Missy riding on the train, the timer says 10:55am. that could be part of the alternations made to this tape as earlier said, maybe KM wasn't just chilling in her straps as it appeared.

It's believed that the attack lasted an whole hour, but maybe the "Hour of Joy" it's meant to be that 11 am was the "Hour of Joy". Also, an curiosity is that probably the prototype's plan was to only kill the scientists and high rank personnel, but things got out of hand and the "toys" just started slaughtering everyone that was human as shown on the footages.

Okay. While this is very confusing, I don't think it's actually *Kissy* who killed them. It just doesn't look like something she would do after what we saw in Chapter 2. She's not like Huggy, she's, well, a gentle giant (pun not intended), if I were to say. Someone else must have done that. Just look at her: she isn't bound, but she still stays leaning against that board. She didn't leave. Why would she be staying still if that was her doing? Which raises another question: why didn't she leave once free? What stopped her?...
My guess is that 1006 freed her and killed everyone. For some unknown reason though she just stays laying there. I also noticed she is in the exact same position as before(but then again this could be the devs just reusing the model and covering it with blood). You also make a very excellent point, if she did kill everyone why stay there when she could just make her escape?
@@ZerotheFailure yeah something or someone freed her but she didn't move, the only parts that seem to move are her eyes. Maybe she was paralyzed with something and it wore off later.
In ch.2 a tape revealed that experiment 1170 (huggy wuggy) had sufficient intelligence and maximum obedience. Kissy missy is a similar type, so that explains why she's so obedient.
Yup and in the background you can hear even more people screaming as if the true killer is still rampaging.
As I saw someone else point out, Kissy had trouble pushing down the lever in Chapter 2, so it would weird for her to be able to break out of the bounds so easily

(0:37) in the background there seems to be a bloody MML and Pj Pugapiller.
(0:46) there are Resource Extraction Specialists that bound Kissy Missy to the wooden plate.
(0:54) there's a guide to put the Bigger Body on the plate.
(0:59) there is a VHS error which a static sound starts Playing and the VHS starts to glitch out.
(1:05) the crane from Chapter 1 is seen putting kissy on the train. There's also a sign that says "Playcare" which is pointing to the direction of the front of the train.
(1:14) someone or something says to "LOOSEN THE STRAPS BINDING THE GIANT".
(1:19) the date of 8/8/1995 and the time is shown as 10:42 AM
(1:33) there is the train code that you get in Chapter 2 and a note that I don't recognize.
(1:44) when looking at the wall it states "THE HOUR OF TOY ? ? HAND". That's what I read.
(1:48) the entity hacking the VHS came back and said "RELEASE THE STRAPS BINDING THE GIANT"
(1:50) the time is now 10:55 AM and on the same date.
(1:58) the Entity states to "RELEASE THE STRAPS".
(2:02) the time is 10:59 AM and the train is going at bullet speed. Like the ending to Chapter 2.
(2:12) right before the footage ends, the time goes from 10:59 AM to 11:00 AM.
(2:17) the footage shows the train crashed with a bloody kissy missy with the straps broken. You can also hear sounds of Screaming/Monster sounds. The time is also at 11:14 AM.
(2:27) states that the footage went missing and there is a production code that says "ED06" and it says a roll that is "A001". On the top, there is text that state that the footage missing is a placeholder and is not suppose to be in a final cut. It then says to contact the Production team to resolve.

Since Chapter 3 is out now! This video makes a lot of since. It takes place during the "Hour of Joy" when the all toys kills everyone in the factory. Crazy!
P.s. It’s interesting that Kissy is in the same position when she was tied up. Is it possible that she didn’t cause those workers to die? I mean, in chapter 2, she wasn’t hostile to us when we first met her. Maybe we’ll see more of her in the future?
Edit: Thanks for the likes. Honestly, it's possible that all the screams that we hear are from the last tape from chapter 1. Let alone we see claw marks under kissy's legs, and the only character we know who has claws, is The Prototype.

Little did we know this tape was on the exact day of *the hour of joy.*
A really good hunt is that this is in 8/8/1995, which is a date you can hear in the backwards radio message in the players nightmare in chapter three. In the Hour Of Joy VHS, we see this exact moment play out: Kissy killing the staff. This just definitely confirms that the hour of joy was on 8/8/1995, meaning the event in which we play through in the actual game is set in 2005.

Coming back to witness and hear, during the end, all the screams in the background from the events of “The Hours of Joy”.
Not only that, it’s 11:14am and the screams continue, as we know the hour of joy began at 11am, people are still getting murdered. We know kissy broke from those straps and most likely defended herself from the people around her. But to think she could have left that specific room. It makes me wonder and theorize whether she was too overwhelmed to continue and just came back to her spot avoiding the horror and chaos.
