Program new TPMS sensors 2022 Lexus NX350

Thought I’d share a video about how I finally figured out how to get new TPMS sensors to program to this 2022 Lexus NX350.
I have a very good SnapOn scanner that I updated this morning to the latest software. The scanner still did not list a Lexus NX for the 2022 model year. Even if I input a different model it would not communicate.
My TPMS tool would not pick up a signal from the original sensors in order to copy the numbers and input to the new sensors. The tool said 2012-2022 Lexus box but would still not pick up a signal.
My guess is that this vehicle is a 2022 but has 2023 parts with a different frequency, but that’s all it is, a guess.
My only option was to break down the factory tires and read the ID off the original sensors, then manually input that number into the new sensors one at a time. PITA.
If anyone has any insight here or a better solution please share!!

Seems like Discount Tires can't get this right on my 22 NX 350h. They Just put new snow tire n rims and it is still not registered. 2nd trip there. 😢

Going to run into this on my 24 350H. We will have winter tires and rims with TPMS. Plus another set of tires and rims for summer with TPMS. Does this mean every fall and spring its going to be a nightmare

Hi, I have the same car as you a 2024 350h with winter rims and new TPMS sensors from Lexus. Have you found a way to program them. I just installed them and the car does not recognize them

@@aldotomassini2566 The screen gives you the 2nd set option in the settings. One that is set, its drive around and let it recognze the TPMS keep the speed above 30 and higher and dont reverse in that drive into a garage etc,
