That sidecar factory, a Work Place & Safety officer, would have a heart attack walking into it. Safety boots, yea thongs, safety glasses, no, just shut your eyes. 😂😂😂
Nice reminds me of the side cars in the Philippines. He really made some nice ones that you were showing. Haven't watched you in about two years, hope you are doing well. John from Hershey
Haven't caught a video of yours for a while, great to see they're still full of varied content and interesting subjects. Thoroughly enjoyed that, I'll be calling back in to check on that insurance quote.....
The sidecar thing seems like a great idea! Very cool that you can have them in the area (vs in the city). The bar/restaurant looked like a lot of fun. I watched a few videos from another channel about condos in Rayong, but it has been a little while ago. It always looked like it would be a nice, more relaxed, place to live. I feel like i'd enjoy Bang Saray a lot too, whenever the time comes. have a great week!
Great video, love to see where these are made…we have many of these in Hua Hin though I would never drive one there because of the crazy traffic….looks like a great option to move people and groceries around if it’s a more rural area…..
Hi Lucas. Like the videos as I was doing the same as you 30 years ago in Thailand. Now retired I was thinking of doing it again. And I know bang saray a little as I have been there a few times before and I love the quietness there. I was looking at condo units there online and some was as low as $230 a month is that correct or not. Well nice to chat with you. What part of America are you from. I’m in Vegas!!!
I think a trailer you pull behind the scooter would be much better. A side car with a few people is going to move your center of mass a good ways from your steering.
I had one made a year ago to do deliveries from my laundromat in Bowin. You got a good deal, I am a little jealous. I paid the same price, but no canopy. It has a metal floor and no cushioned seats. I am going to send it back soon to buy a canopy which is absolutely necessary with all the rain.
Thanks, we did a lot of shopping around, the best part was the one I thought was the good value was only 2kms from home, sometimes things fall into place 🤣👍
Do you suppose the side car makers could make a 6 foot camper model for sleeping, heavy duty screens, storage for clothes, and a 5 litre toilet/holding tank, it would be fun for travel in rural areas?
Looks like a fun area at a bargain price. You two will bring the party no matter where you go. Enjoy Iife ! I liked the new transformation to using a a Honda with the side car that makes sense for your lifestyle. Enjoy life !😊
Your vlog, Loucous, would be a first about the construction of Thai side carts - most interesting and have not come across any other vlogs on this subject in my years on UA-cam!
Those saleng look real good quality there. My god that was an absolute unit of a frog! Hope all is well, glad your move went ok, you look nicely settled there now.
I often share your videos with my wife (Kathy) to give her some tips and expectation of what to expect when she joins me in Thailand next year. In this one I made sure she was thinking about the color scheme she might want on her family mover. She said she wants a Canam, you know those 3 wheel things with 2 in the front and 1 in the back.. We will see! I just want the photo of her heading down the road in a helmet no matter what she is piloting.
The sidecar umbrella will provide some nice shade from the sun and even the rain at times. Did your shirt match Lan's outfit? I believe so. Martin From L.A.
Thanks for another great video Loucous. I guessed 5000b. You can pull out the bump with a glue gun and an empty pet bottle, but you will still have the scratch. Salengs are very practical and popular.
Hi, for the car repair did you use Premium Dealer Garage or a Premium Contact garage per your insurance? Is there really much of a difference? Enjoy your videos!
I would have thought more, maybe 10k baht, but there ya go as they say....... Up in Chum Phae, dropped the front end of friends ute at night in a dodgy pit where cover was really designed for pedestrians, fixed over night, excellent job and good price also.... red and blue, very nice...thankyou.
I had a little dent done here in Spain, took it in on the appointed day and left it for a couple of hours and these new paints dry and harden that fast I picked it up 2 hours later and 83 euro which I thought was amazing. If I lived there, I would be spending a lot of time in that water hole for sure.
I always look for the Thai nightlife spots for fun and value. Found a place down in Nakhon Si Thammarat recently called the Moonlight Brewery, a great place and I'd recommend it to everyone!
Another great video, that body shop price really surprised me, I would thinking here in Canada prob $2400, would be cheaper to ship my old truck there and have it made new again lol That cafe was cool great prices and cute girl in red dress, what more does one need lol Thanks for sharing
Hey Lucas Lan , Glad the moves been successful Looks like the bump on the truck not too bad Lucas , Decent prize to frame to fix happy days Wow 20bht I Never seen them prizes for beer 2 for 60bht best I’ve seen food looked decent too free Guests everyone loves that guys Cheers Good luck in your new place Best Chris
A pot of Gold IS not always GOLD. Looks like that was a good move. Side car is a great idea. What about aside girl friend?? WOW I like the Duran as well. I was First introduced to Duran in Singapore. I liked it.
These minor repairs are often under what your deductible would be so if you had a 5000 baht deductible in this case, you would be out of pocket anyway.
I remember when you first started this channel my son and I were still in America. Now we live in Hua Hin for three years. One of the big reasons is because of your videos. 😊
20baht beer . Bargain. Looks a very chilled place. Lady in red dress was gorgeous. Cheers Lucas
Lucas has gone full native with that Sidecar. looking good 🙏
He'll be selling noodles next!
da na - na na - na na! Baht bike !😝
that side car setup looks awesome, such a great price for what you get, custom made....the nightlife looks fun.
Loucous always manages to find the cuties out there !
I can't wait to see what else you discover around the area. This is more of my cup of tea over Pattaya or Bangkok
Thanks Edwin 👍
Me too. I've never been comfortable in a city bigger that about 25k. I prefer rural life.
Looks like you more at peace in the rural areas. You blend in with out complaints
Having fun already in your new place, great. Nice video.
Yes, thanks
Great video Lucas, the food looked delicious and well priced. I could drink baht beer all day. The Young Lady in the red dress was Gorgeous
Stunning beauty for sure.
Yeah 249 for all night is great, you'd pay that for one beer and a LD in many places in Pattaya
Rural Thailand looks so inviting. Great vid
That's great you're enjoying your new home and location. And Loocuse back to your home it's called you found a new watering hole. You and Lon enjoy.
Thanks Carleto
Wish my rural Thailand home had a restaurant/bar like that. Hell I wish they would just have electricity 😂
😂🤣👍
Thailand has nonelectrified villages? Wow!
It will be fun and interesting when you explore your new surroundings Lan and Lucas 👍
Thanks Anders
5:26 Smiley... Stunning 👍
👍👍👍
You have shown me so much of Thailand over the years Thank You very Much 👍😊
1:39 Hallo Lukas wieder ein schönes Video 🤳👍 Lieben Gruß Achim 😎🍺⚽️⚽️⚽️
Danke Achim 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏
That sidecar shop looks great! I like the Blue N Black combo, kinda like your cool shirt! Congratulations on your move!
Thanks Darryl
That sidecar factory, a Work Place & Safety officer, would have a heart attack walking into it. Safety boots, yea thongs, safety glasses, no, just shut your eyes. 😂😂😂
Black metal color, good choice. Rust won't show , lighter color you always have to touch them up.
Your new location is looking very nice with some great places for entertainment ! Enjoy .... Thank you .
Thanks Karl
Great show Lucas. Good info bud. 😊 Stay cool my friend.
Thanks 👍👍
$150 US! That damage would be $2,000 minimum in the States!
$ = 35.000 so 16k is more like $500
Got you... thought you ment his sidecar thing.
$5000. in T.O . Canada
Nice reminds me of the side cars in the Philippines. He really made some nice ones that you were showing. Haven't watched you in about two years, hope you are doing well. John from Hershey
I always have a blast with my GF when we go back home to Kalasin. Lot's of really good local food and drink locations
Great video of the new surroundings 🎉
Haven't caught a video of yours for a while, great to see they're still full of varied content and interesting subjects. Thoroughly enjoyed that, I'll be calling back in to check on that insurance quote.....
Good video Lucas always enjoy what’s going on locally I will be coming there full time in August hope to catch up

:) THANKS MUCH for sharing! Awesome SideCar indeed ! :) ENJOY your new home and ALL the BEST! Cheers! ! ! : )
Thanks! Will do Marty

A totally insightful look at the nightlife entertainment in Rayong. The last time I was there was to play golf way back in March and April of 2010

great video take care bless you2
Thank You
Great video as usual, take care Lucas.
Thanks 👍
Omg less traffic is a dream, Pattaya’s traffic has gotten pretty bad. 😫 can’t wait to see your new ride once it’s done. ☺️ take care! 🙏
Yeah Fern it exploded this year, here I can enjoy just riding around again.
Lucas, I can't find a website for that bar or on Google maps. Could you please provide a link for either?
I think a trailer you pull behind the scooter would be much better. A side car with a few people is going to move your center of mass a good ways from your steering.
Nevermind. This is thailand.
I had one made a year ago to do deliveries from my laundromat in Bowin. You got a good deal, I am a little jealous.

Can you get insurance for the motor bike and side car as it’s an unsuthorised modification?
So Lucas, are you going to cave in and open the intro with, (Welcome Back To Rayong)?
Your vlog, Loucous, would be a first about the construction of Thai side carts - most interesting and have not come across any other vlogs on this subject in my years on UA-cam!
Nice 👍
Cheers mate,
🙂
Bargain dent repair. B20 a beer and all you can drink B249 you couldn't find anywhere cheaper! Always happy to share my table.
I like that type of rural transport.
What is the difference in galvanized vs stainless....?
Can they build a food cart on the Third Wheel?
Enjoy & all the best in your new place.keep it rollin.need to visit lady in red sweet 😂 lol
I like the Sidebike, really can not beat 20 baht beer, thanks Lucas.
I'd like a guess that net is about 150 or 200 meters. Anybody agree?
😂 I find these Pattaya blogs hilarious 😂
Those saleng look real good quality there. My god that was an absolute unit of a frog! Hope all is well, glad your move went ok, you look nicely settled there now.
Must have escaped from the kitchen 😂
Yes, they are the best engineered and quality I have seen, but more pricey.
a car repair shop ,panel beating the dents out ,in Thailand ,got to be the busiest one in town
Luv .60 cent beer. Good times ahead!😊
It would be great if those guys do a dirt bike side car . i would get one fitted to a Royal Enfeld Himalayan .
I want a Bajaj 3-Wheeler here in central Oregon. I wish someone could import them.
Whats the directions or address to the restaurant banchan

Very nice John, I'd love to see her going down the road in a Can Am 🤣👍

Martin From L.A.
Yes, well spotted, mine came from Mr Lucky, she made hers 🤣👍
Thanks for another great video Loucous. I guessed 5000b. You can pull out the bump with a glue gun and an empty pet bottle, but you will still have the scratch. Salengs are very practical and popular.
That was the estimate in Pattaya, here was just 500 baht less
Does Tim Newton live in that area?
Hi, for the car repair did you use Premium Dealer Garage or a Premium Contact garage per your insurance? Is there really much of a difference? Enjoy your videos!
Won't the black make the metal extra hot?
possibly, but it is shaded by the roof

สุดยอดครับ🎉😮
Really enjoy the videos, have to say: Banchon looks great. My kinda place .... :o)
Thanks Chris
In Canada that repair is close to $1,500 Cdn
Trink is the German word for drink👍
👍👍👍
Hi Lucas. Curious to know how long of a drive from your old house out to the new place?
About an hour Fred
The trink Coca Cola sign might be from Germany, as trink means drink in german.
Where is this location?
I was in a restaurant in Kanchanaburi and a 2 inch long black scorpion walked between my feet.
Lol 🤣👍👍
Is the music these bands are playing copy write which would prevent you from playing on your vlog?
Awesome video as always but please keep it metric. Continuing to use antiquated terms like 'miles' only encourages its use.
Hi Lucas,
The Coca Cola Shield you have seen: Trink is German.
english: Drink😂
I think the dog noticed that you were new in town. He was hoping to be invited for dinner and establish some new friends!! 😊
👍👍👍
20 B the cheapest I have found is 40 B for a bottle of beer in Hua Hin same price every night. And I still can’t drink beer over ice.
Only way to drink beer if stay in thailand drinking long time 555
@@loudmacleodsadventure3782 if you drink it that way I would need to add a shot of vodka ice weakens it and destroys the taste.
Coca cola sign is from Germany
It looks Austrian to me.
@@prontsc Same, Same.

No shortage of that here, there are many Durian farms around.
Didn’t the guy that hit you have insurance? What a cash settlement when you’re using insurance? As an American, this is confusing.
These minor repairs are often under what your deductible would be so if you had a 5000 baht deductible in this case, you would be out of pocket anyway.
Your right Rayong is sallee capital, vendors are a danger on beach road, Mae Rampung beach.
Repair estimate was less than half of what I would have guessed even taking into account the lower Thai labor costs. Quite a deal.👍
Yes, much less than I thought too, it was the same amount I paid for a scrape down the side of a scooter a few years ago.
Lady in Red dress = WOW !!
At 2:26 "so you could lock things in there like helmets" hahahahahahahahahahha
Awesome 🍻
My friend used them for here car
You're table hostess (red dress) seemed nice and polite enough to down that hard liquor against her better judgement.
I remember the guy who started this channel, he owned a scooter and the rest fit in a suitcase. LOL
me too.
I remember when you first started this channel my son and I were still in America. Now we live in Hua Hin for three years. One of the big reasons is because of your videos. 😊
😂👍👍👍
It’s a German Coca Cola sign. When I was a teenager I had the same in my room. Trink = Drink.
I was close...
👍👍👍
That's an expensive side car! No more than 10k around here...
Hmm, so you made A Cash settlement at the Scene of the Accident, Really 😄 well you do surprise me.
20bht for beer? Blimey it's around 100bht at the Gold Monkey now 😮
That girl in the red dress... OMG... 😍.
That’s not misspelled 😂
Trink is German for drink 😜
Getränk. Go back to school
@@KeepingItRealBro nope. It’s like in English. Trink is both, the action of drinking as well as the general name of the subject group - the drink.
