Read the Scriptures brother or sister. I feel for you. I too all myself this at times, during the hardest of days but then I remember how I was delivered from 24 years of drug addictions, alcohol abuse, nicotine addiction and sexual perversions, porn addictions too, many overnight, all praise and esteem and honour unto my father YaHuWaH Elohiym Most High, for saving me. There's is hope. It's not an easy walk to walk with Messiah Yahushua and our Father YaHuWaH Elohiym Most High, but it's the only path to the new earth under new heavens søylen of in the end of the the final book in the Good Book, the book of the Revelation of Messiah Yahushua, given unto his beloved disciple John. He were l were his visions down fire us, to have a hope...

My approach is to improve my process (skills/habits, namely). I agree that life becomes harder bc people usually don’t change their process in the face of increasing responsibility. If we don’t change our process, we should expect the same result, and if we face more challenges over time, then it does become harder. But we can upskill! I can rec resources that I’ve personally been impressed with based on the latest actual research, not that self improvement crap if you’d like friend c: Much love
