i recommend running to this for indoors (treadmill) close your eyes as you run and let your imagination take over you’re never to old to imagine. for outdoors running pick an isolated area with lots of trees i’m sure you have a park where you live. do this twice a week and you will thank yourself later in life good luck much love stranger friends
