Thank you for explaining, this was super helpful. I've not heard great reviews for the shampoo and conditioner. I'm definitely purchasing no 3 but should i purchase any of the other products? My ends are extremely dry and straw like. I stopped dyeing my hair and using a hair dryer.

Hello ma'am, can we apply home made protien hair mask made with curd after applying olaplex no. 3 for moisturization??
Also, I never had any bleaching or permanent straightening treatment on my tresses, just temporarily straightened with straightening machine quite a few times and my hair today is very dry, lifeless, full of split ends. Should I go for olaplex??

No it doesn’t cause hairfall or any side effect, atleast not in my case. Hairfall is mostly to do with other factors than using any product as such.

Thank you for the video. When I bought it, there was no video for how it works on Indian hair but I went ahead and bought it anyway.
I do No.3 and then use No.4,5 (honestly the shampoo conditioner is just okay. It did not wow me). So I have now switched to Morrocan Oil shampoo & conditioner. I then use No.6 and mix a bit of No.7 to it before blow drying my hair. My hair feels and looks a lotttt better after using it for a few months!

Hi no it’s not for roots. It works only on lengths of hair. I had got the chain from Aliexpress 😅

when do you use the Shea moisture mask and the curl up mask?
Hi I use the mask after shampoo. I have multiple masks so I just use whichever I feel like or my hair requires. The Shea moisture one I have is protein based and the curl up one is hydrating, so I switch according to what my hair needs.

@@shweta7050 hi no that’s not required. You can use no. 3 on your own without having to get 1 & 2 done in the salon.

Is olaplex & stand alone treatment same ? Please share & should I go for this treatment. I had done straightening 5yrs ago & now I’m facing severe hair fall as I shifted to Delhi & I think it’s all bcoz of hard water. Pls suggest
Hi it just works on hair bonds. It won’t work on your hairfall from scalp unless your hairfall is due to breakage.

Can this product be used only on chemically treated hairs? Or virgin hairs also?
It can be used on any hair. As mentioned in the video the damage could be chemical, physical, sun damage, etc. I feel everyone will have some sort of damage for sure. But if you think your hair is not that damaged then you don’t really need it.

No, it’s only for the bonds in the hair length. It’s not for scalp.

Hi yes no. 3 works well by itself too!

Hi it is worth buying for sure but the noticeable results will depend on how damaged your hair is! It makes a difference for sure though.
Is it mandatory to have a salon work up with number 1 and number 2 prior to using number 3? Or they are completely independent to use?

Hi, are you applying conditioner on scalp? A hair product will not directly make hair fall but if it’s causing buildup at the roots then it can cause extra hairfall due to clogging of pores
Which shampoo should use with no. 3 ?
Hi you can use any shampoo
Can you please suggest a bond builder shampoo and conditioner that can be used after applying no. 3? I cannot afford No 4&5, so looking for an inexpensive shampoo and conditioner that helps me in repairing damaged bonds.
I think no. 3 should be enough. You can use your regular shampoo and conditioner. And even if you do use bond building ones, since they wash off, the effect is gonna be much lesser than that of no. 3 imo
Does it help with frizz ?
There are different types of frizz. If the frizz is due to damage, then it’ll help with that. If it’s the good frizz which textured hair naturally has, then it won’t do anything do it.
Mam can we use it for hair fall??
Hi no it’s not supposed to work for hairfall as we don’t apply it on scalp. It’s only for hair lengths to repair bonds. It can help with hair breakage if that’s your concern.

If we stop using olaplex will the results fade away and hair will become frizzy again ?
Hi please note that olaplex is not to control frizz. It’s a bond building treatment which will repair the bonds. So if the frizz is caused by damaged hair, it will reduce that. But not all types of frizz are due to damage, if you have curly hair, you will always have natural frizz.
I’m assuming your question is whether the bonds repaired will get reversed if we stop using olaplex. Olaplex result is permanent, so it will not reverse on its own. But considering a real world scenario where our hair goes through the same things again like heat, physical damage, etc, it will result with the same damage.
Does it help for improve hair length mam
Hi it helps with bond repair thus it will help with hair breakage and thus with retaining hair length. It won’t grow hair any differently.

Yes you can.
How long does the results of olaplex lasts?
Hi olaplex repairs the hair bonds permanently. So it won’t return back to it’s damaged state on its own like that. Unless of course if it’s being damaged again by other factors.

Hi so to answer your question, I went through some articles. So it seems safe to be used in pregnancy.
Olaplex bonding oil (no. 7) might not be safe to use in pregnancy as read in one article.
Please do your own research too and consult your doctor. I just gave the information I found online.

Hello. Did olaplex help in enhancing the texture of your hair. I recently got my hair bleached and dyed a few times and since then it feels brittle and dry? Does olaplex help with making hair softer in anyway. Would you recommend this product for my hair condition?
Hi it doesn’t make the hair soft technically, but repairs the damage. So since you have bleached and dyed hair, there is definitely some damage and thus it’s got brittle.
Olaplex will help with the damage but along with that do use hydrating hair masks. Olaplex will repair the bonds and make your hair healthier, thus retain moisture better and not feel dry.
