What are different types of Clinic.
The Trademark Registration, What are different forms of the Clinic for eg. in the form of company (Private limited) under the companoes act, Proprietorship, Limited liability partnership, or Partnetship (The parties Act)
You can also open in the form of society or a trust (The society act or India trust act)
Important laws to consider are:
The consumer protection act
The Clinical Establishment act
The Contract Act
MTP act
PNDT act etc
Important certificate like
Authorization to Generate waste
MOU for waste management
Fire clearance
Clinic Registration Certificate
etc etc
Infrastructure of the Clinic
