Celebrating the 31st year of the Urban Theological Institute of The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, the annual Lecture and Worship Celebration for 2011 featured the Rev. Dr. William J. Shaw as Lecturer and Preacher. Dr. Shaw is Past President of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. and pastor of White Rock Baptist Church, Philadelphia.
