    Yep bought a Crossfire, without any reviews, only after I bought it, and I should of looked first, but the one reason I bought this one, was because of price, but after watching your review and others, I am glad I got the crossfire. thanks for your video.

    Great comparison, straight to the point. Just picked up the Crossfire today at Turner's for $99 on sale, in case anyone is considering. Can't wait to install

    I prefer the crossfire. IIRC the Sparc has auto shutoff and has to be manually turned on. The mount flexibility is nice too.

    SPARC AR for me. I like the fact it uses AAA batteries which are cheaper and everywhere. CR2032 are not always available and are a pain to change. Also most of my EDC lights use AAA batteries so it cuts down on what I carry.
    Then there's functionality. Tbe SPARC AR shuts off on its own. We've all done it...go to a class or range day or accidentally left it on and when we go to grab our weapon... oh man the battery is dead.
    For me the SPARC AR looks better is easier to use and feed and preserves itself with its battery management system.

    Thank you for the really nice and short (perfect length will all there is to know) review. I am in the market for one and due to VIP warranty I will go with Vortex, but it is a hard decision, I really like the Sparc AR, because of the AAA battery (you can get one easily) and the auto-off feature might be useful, but the knob for changing the brightness an the crossfire is so nice, because not only do you know what brightness you are on but looking at it, will tell you if it is on or off.

    looks like im going with sparc, i rather have a dot uses AAA and has auto shut off, than a more expensive battery that does not shut off, then again i got bulk packages of AAA so i'd never need to have back ups

    I just wonder why the price difference. I can’t seem to see what the sparc has that the crossfire doesn’t.

    • @Cg.Training_Addicts
      @Cg.Training_Addicts 2 роки тому +3

      Might have to do with the Sparc requiring more raw material due to the battery housing difference/overall production cost.
