    Hi, I applied for my PGWP first, since my SP minors' passports haven't arrived yet, I didn't include them. Now that I have their new passports, how do I apply for my OWp and SP minors at this time? Should I upload again the documents I uploaded for me as the main applicant? Thanks you.

    Hi, great video. Thank you.
    Can the spouse of a personal support worker with a full-time job submit their file?
    If you can answer this, I can book an appointment with you.

      @@mygrationimmigrationcanada Thank you, the canadian website is very confusing and some consultants say that must be full time others say that just specific NOCs and as you said when you fill the application is not even required. You have to guess to upload the job offer in the optional documents.

    Hey! Love your content. It is very helpful!! I have one question. I am a student in Canada, and I will be done with school on Jun 30. A completion letter will be issued 10 days after (approx.) According to the video, I can still work on those 10 days before the letter, right?
    But that is just the easy part.
    My wife has an open work permit, which expires 2025/03/11, one day before her passport expires. She can renew her passport six months before expiring. But the interesting aspect is that her work permit has the remark: "OPEN WORK PERMIT ONLY VALID WHILE SPOUSE IS A FULL-TIME ENROLLED STUDENT AT A DLI." Since I won't be enrolled, she must stop working. Right? That is why we want to apply together, even though the work permit might be granted for the same period of time due to the passport, but at least that remark, I guess, will no longer be valid.
    We want to apply together, PGWP and SOWP, on the same application. Do you think that is a good idea? I know a PGWP applicant can work after submitting an application, but what about the SOWP applicant? More specifically, applicant with the restrictions my wife has on her current work permit.
    Both of us are currently working on qualified jobs (Warehouse Team Lead - waiting to be done with school to get to Supervisor, meaning I can get a job offer letter---my wife's insurance broker). I am part-time, since I am a student. Previously full-time. She is a full time
    I am honestly considering booking your services, guys.

    Does the main applicant need a full-time job, or is a part-time job sufficient?
    Main applicant for PGWP, dependent for OWP.
    Can you please tell us. so we can book the appointment with you to process the file?

    What about a spouse that was not working when she applied for her PGWP,can jhe partner apply for extension of SOWP?

    • @mygrationimmigrationcanada
      @mygrationimmigrationcanada  4 місяці тому

      If the PGWP applicant did not have employment when they applied for the PGWP but obtained employment during the processing time of the PGWP, then you can still submit an SOWP application. However, in some rare cases, a PGWP can be delayed. If a PGWP is delayed and they process the SOWP first, you may receive a refusal on the SOWP.

      Hello so I came to Canada on sowp in February this year but I did an extension in February also and my wife graduated from school in may and applied for PGWP may 20 with my extension still pending and was on implied status but then I got a refusal on my extension on the 24 last month which was just 4 days my wife applied for pgwp online so now I’m out of status but my wife went to flag pole and got her PGWP immediately cos we need to apply for my restoration of status and work permit but she got approved online the same day she went to flagpole so she called IRCC they said it’s okay she can have 2 permits since they both expires the same day so now we have applied for my restoration of status and new work permit online with all the necessary documents but now we just want to know if there could be any problems with all that went down with the whole process plus she also stated while applying for my R.O.S and new Sowp that she went to flagpole to get her pgwp done, could that also be a problem or we need to send a web form

    • @mygrationimmigrationcanada
      @mygrationimmigrationcanada  4 місяці тому

      @@taohreid Without knowing more details I can't say with certainty. It's important to understand why your SOWP application was refused in the first place and if you are still eligible for it. The fact that she has 2 PGWPs and that she flagpoled should not affect your SOWP application though.
