Yes. During this Christmas week it can be very difficult to participate in events, gatherings, work parties, etc. Christmas and other holidays can magnify loneliness, depression and health issues. Honestly; sometimes you just want to get your favorite flavor of Hagan Daz or Ben and Jerry's ice cream and hide in a blanket fort on your bed. Turn off the phone and watch movies. ( This can help sometimes 😊. ) Sometimes those small acts of kindness can help too. Even wishing someone a Merry Christmas can help lift up someone else who is really suffering. We never know who might need a "hello" out there. Or someone who could use a prayer with a hug.
